Mouse condolences on the bike. I've had this sort of thing over the years with Mr C's weights, a huge fucking bench press thing etcetera etc. We had a pull up bar on a doorway for many years which in the end broke the top of the architrave and brought loads of plaster down..... And now he and big three all have gym memberships.

For any Team Athos who haven't seen it apparently The Poirot episode of Clocks with Tom looking FAF in a naval uniform is on on itv encore tomorrow. I haven't investigated if I actually have this channel, but I do hope so.

My main issue with gym stuff is how it's all so goddamn ugly and staticy so it not only takes up loads of space but also looks dusty all the time.

Oh yes it was him that put it there. Was in the doorway between our house and the garage. To be fair it was up for a good five yrs or so before the incident. I was v unamused.

My boys used to like making dens with a tablecloth over the bench press... I imagine the mice will get up to mischief on the bike... Is it in your front room?

We used to have a bench press and an exercise bike, but every time we used them we were over-enthusiastic and always ended up injuring ourselves and then had a two-month lay-off to recover. We gave them to a youth club in the end.

I do have a treadmill though.

There is NAFF ALL on the tele box. I Have musketeers on record tho so I may trick DH into watching a few episodes.

I note you ladies make a few comments about the differences between s1 and s2. The only thing I noticed was the better weather. It was very rainy in s1.
