Morning Alibabs I am meant to be phoning the Dr to get a sick note for this week, but feel like a bit of a fraud because it's just a sodding cough (with pulled rib muscles and generic knackeredness). How's the snow looking in Les Gets? We were watching the skiing at the weekend with the distinct lack of snow Hopefully they'll get a huge dump shortly...

Apart from the weather I have actually had a reasonably good day. Feeling so much better than I did at the beginning and throughout December.

I have also had many comments on how much weight I have lost. Almost 3 stone since the beginning of May with 8lb having come off since the beginning of December. That has really cheered me up though I wouldn't recommend illness as a serious diet plan! However, it has spurred me on to continue with my walking.

I couldn't help myself by the way and I did google green pee. Rest assured Badders you don't have plague!

Thanks Badders. It's been slow but steady with a bit of a hiccup during the summer. Can't help it. I love ice cream! I do need to tone up obviously but am just doing the walking and using my exercise bike a bit at the moment.

Anyway, according to what I read green pee, though possibly due to illness, is most likely to be due to food - Asparagus seems to be the worst, food dyes in some processed foods, certain medications and a certain head lice treatment that gets into the system.

Didn't mention Creme de Menthe but it wouldn't surprise me!

Any of those apply?
