I'm ITCHING to crack on with general post Christmas tidy round and MASSIVE spring clean and clothes sort (complicated handmedown process) but still have a houseful to entertain so can't start til Monday. Wel jel. Totally serious that I will as happy as fuck to be rooting through wardrobes etc etc. Cannot WAIT.

Floppers ref the miniFlop behaviour I did laugh. My older ones are very picky about clothes now for going out (don't know if Sparks and Fancy have the same) and now there is a thing where they IRON THEIR OWN SHIRTS etc. This adds to the general time to get ready tally (see DOING HAIR) and general posing in mirrors. Recently 'one of them' (choose from your previous knowledge of my troops) ironed a shirt in front of girl HALF NAKED (top off ). DH walked into this merry scene and loudly asked 'do you think you're bloody Nick Kamen?' Which was of course wasted on them as they didn't have a Scooby who he was but made me laugh a lot.

Channel 980 on sky ww, which is the bbc red button channel. Think it may be the same as 10 minutes into the programme it seems to have looped back to the beginning.

I can hazard a guess comtess . Not quite there yet, well not to the extent of doing their own ironing. They are both getting more decided ideas about what they want to wear out though & DS is finally starting to accept that he needs an 'adult' rather than child's personal hygiene routine - his room smells more of deodorant than stinky teenage boy lately. Or maybe he's just sick of me opening his window in this weather.

Sympathies re: Ninjago & Minecraft helen, but can't offer any practical help, I'm clueless & just ask DS. (Maybe I should start hiring him out?)

You've made my mind up ww, Downton it is. I know it's tosh, but it's worth watching for Maggie Smith's put downs and the frocks.
