Whoop, Whoop, WHOOP!!! It appears the CT Scan was WRONG!!
Report on MRI Liver with contrast:
Indication: History of bilateral breast cancer (resected). 2 liver metastases on MRI in June. Recently completed chemotherapy. CT showed no change in the liver metastases and MRI recommended to assess need for possible liver resection.
Findings: Comparison with recent CT dated 14/10/14 and MRI dated 03/06/14.
The 2 ring-enhancing metastatic lesions seen in segment IVb on previous MRI, the larger measuring 16 mm and the smaller adjacent to the gallbladder measuring 5 mm are no longer visible (these are marked as Key images on previous MRI). There is focal fatty change adjacent to the falciform ligament as before. Several simple cysts are also unchanged.
So the hell that was Docetaxel may have been worth it after all.
The other good news is that my CA15-3 level is within the normal range. It's near the top of the normal range but it's still NORMAL.
This may call for a bottle of bubbly.

Please NB - This just means that the cancer is under control for now. It is NOT a cure.
