hi izzy i popped into borders this afternoon, and they didnt have either junior mags. will keep an eye out for you!

Hi!! I'm a bit of a newbie and I've just found this thread, it took me a while to read it, but it is really interesting!! I have DS 6 who is with Bruce and Brown, so may meet you 2manypimms. We are based in Yorkshire which means a two hour trip to shoots in London but DS loves trains luckily!!:) Good luck all with castings/jobs, seems to be a busy time of year or is it always like this (we have only been going about six weeks)

The C4 ident meet was interesting. We'll be shooting in the Big Brother house next Monday. The ident is a recycling of last year's "Blokes in Purple Lounge Suits" Band. DS will be the short one in the blonde wig and sunglasses!

Thanks Izzy. It is nice to talk to some other people, though everyone we see has been really nice. We've only done one BBC thing and one shoot so far, but I'm hoping we will do some more!! I did see the other forum when I was reading this thread, it is really good!! Is anyone else from "up North"?

haven't heard from them but I really don't think she'll get the job... has it been quiet for everyone or has everyone just simply disappeared? A friend of mine has two boys age 4 and 6 and they've been having loads of work lately, maybe not very good for babies, I don't know!
Anyway, v v tired so better go put my feet up :)

Hi, Littlemadam! I am sure we'll come across one another at some point - welcome to the site! :)

Are we still waiting to hear about the Littlewoods casting time/location or am I the only one out of the loop - it's THURSDAY for pitty sake!!!! Nothing like waiting until the last possible minute!

DS had the audition for the short film last night. He thought it was a bit of a laugh but he doubts he got it as the woman who was casting said he was "quite softspoken". In other words so quiet you could barely hear him. It was a gorgeous night in London and a treat to go over to Covent Garden to watch the buskers. Enjoyment all around!

Should we start a "May" thread? This one is getting quite long and takes some time to load.

Let's get out and enjoy this gorgeously warm day! Hooray for spring! :D

oh yeah went to the giraffe in hampstead yesterday and the food was lovely, shame about the service!!! (im sure you and tiger met in a giraffe a few weeks back or am i completely making that up?!!!)

I think AK will let us know either way but I'm almost sure she didn't get it, seeing that the job is next week we will probably wait until tomorrow and see...
Went to mothercare today and they had looooads of those massive posters with the kids from the catalogue, hope they put your ds on one of those Smile that'd be really nice!!!

dd's been put forward for a new job, really wish she'd get something now before I have my baby but I don't think so, we'll see!

dd has audition tomorrow so we will be keeping fingers crossed for that. It would be so nice for her to get something to show her how exciting it can be.
