never mind, have booked flights for an extended stay with Salvatore across the end of jan and most of feb so we will see what happens, he (f) said he would be in Cuba. If he changes his plans on my account it will be A Sign

I will go to Italian school every day to keep myself meaningfully occupied though, just in case there is no romance :)

Alameda · 13/11/2012 20:02

haha that's what I sound like in italian class Blush

I don't understand much of what signorino nipotino says but the sound of his talking is meltingly cute, especially when he is cross or talking to the cats. Argh broody.

Annunziata · 13/11/2012 20:10

Not ready to eat, dear god. You know, able to eat!!!! Mamma mia- early night for me!

Alameda · 13/11/2012 23:01

Oh io ho appena fatto la minestra per stasera! E poi vado a prendere i bambini a scuola e oggi vengono tante bambine qui a giocare.

Alameda · 14/11/2012 14:24

'tante bambine' yikes, rather you, not broody now! Ma ciò c'è nella minestra (does that make sense?) ?

OP posts:
Alameda · 14/11/2012 14:29

ho paura c'è una monster di mare o bunny rabbit o qualcosa

OP posts:
Francagoestohollywood · 14/11/2012 14:47

No, no rabbit Grin. Solo verdure: zucca, porro, lenticchie, carote e piselli.

("cosa c'é nella minestra. Ciò= questo")

No, no, le bambine sono bravissime, giocano per ore e alla fine mettono anche a posto. Sono felice di averle qui.

Alameda · 14/11/2012 15:05

aaah that's good

and thank you, cosa, picked up cio from my grammar book

I just found a blog about Catania with a warning article describing my sex pest Sebastiano perfectly - his appearance, job, the building he comes out of, the particulat way he swoops on female tourists in that piazza, the lines he uses, his MO. He even has a special local nickname. Why don't they lock him up?

Annunziata · 14/11/2012 15:22

Il cornuto, Alameda, it really makes me so angry the way things are not dealt with over there

Ciao a tutti, scusa linguaggia volgare! Ca fa troppo friddu e piove da domenica. Meh.

Minestra sentu bello! Stasira, steak pie. Good stodgy food!

Alameda · 14/11/2012 15:33

Mi piace linguaggia volgare, it comes in handy (minchia did anyway)!

Sorry about the rain, it's been very sunny here but single digit temperature brrrrr.

Francagoestohollywood · 14/11/2012 16:32

Oh wow, gamberi! Envy!

Which blog, which blog?

Alameda · 14/11/2012 16:54

I'll pm it - just found another, in English, not quite so detailed but instantly recognisably him. I emailed the author of the English one too and asked is this Sebastiano F- you are talking about, and we are exchanging experiences as I type. Grrrrrr.

I panicked and put the gamberi in the freezer Blush they are definitely dead aren't they?
