In Expats own words last night

"Keep it coming, folks. She NEEDS this miracle*.

There is indeed power in our prayers and hopes and love.....and especially the amount of us lighting candles and taking time to just think about them. On my own part, pretty much everyone I know knows about our prayers for Aillidh....so many people thinking of her.

I pray today for continued strength for Expat, continued love for Aillidh, and continued hugs for Giraffes, who is there with them walking this tightrope and being a true angel.

Came straight here when I saw latest fb update, I can't imagine what they are going through. I know none of us will stop hoping until Leigh tells us otherwise. We are all behind you

banyan · 07/07/2012 13:49

Thinking of you all x

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 07/07/2012 13:50

Oh no! Surely not.

RandomNumbers · 07/07/2012 13:50

If you see anything on fb, anything at all, please be circumspect before posting on here. I am slightly anxious because expat has selected a few folk to transmit updates to us on here and we should respect her wishes. Thank you all x x x

Sparklingbrook · 07/07/2012 13:51

Yes, I think that's a good point Random.

ZeroFucksGiven · 07/07/2012 13:52

we are only updating from the public page, not from her own page or the private group.

Wheredidmyyouthgo · 07/07/2012 13:52

lisad123 · 07/07/2012 13:53

Just seen latest news, want to storm in and shake the stupid doctors. Please let her have more time x

RandomNumbers · 07/07/2012 13:55

Yes Zero, I hear you. But in this instance please please be led by those involved.

ZeroFucksGiven · 07/07/2012 13:57

Ok sorry, didnt realise it mattered who updated on here. Everyone is getting the same info from the same place (the public page) a lot of people dont have FB so appreciate people updating them.

FuckerSnailInYourHedgerow · 07/07/2012 13:58

Sending strength and love, willing for you to conquer this.

madhairday · 07/07/2012 14:01

Oh no, please more time, she is fighting so hard, little warrior girl. Please God, more time, please.

KatherineKavanagh · 07/07/2012 14:02

Praying for more time too.

Who makes decision, medic people or parents?

Northernlurker · 07/07/2012 14:04

Pray for Aillidh and for Leigh.

'For I know the plans I have for you,? says the Lord. ?They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me'

Father God, we pray with all our hearts for your child Aillidh. We ask you for her life Lord. You have done such wonderful things, bringing her this far, we ask you to be close to her now. Give wisdom and courage to her family and guide the medical team looking after her. In YOU all things are possible. Nothing is beyond You. You can move the mountains, You placed the sun and the stars in the sky. You know every inch of our oceans and our earth and sky. Show us Your power Lord in our lives.

Amen

HokeyCokeyPigInAPokey · 07/07/2012 14:04

Oh my goodness, i can't even imagine what expat is going through.

Sending love and strength to them in what must be their darkest hour.

JustFabulous · 07/07/2012 14:05

Praying still, hoping still,

You have done so so well darling girl, you have achieved so much. We are all still with you.

pinkpyjamas · 07/07/2012 14:06

Don't be pressurised, Leigh. Do what you feel is best. Follow your instincts as Aillidh's mother.
xx

ReportMeNow · 07/07/2012 14:07

Know you shouldn't tell God what to do, but I have been.

Praying for Aillidh and her family

StealthPolarBear · 07/07/2012 14:08

Praying
Have to admit I didn't interpret the post in the same way as the rest of you, just that on light of a's fighting, she is frustrated that there were medics who had little faith on her. Hope I am right

Sittinginthesun · 07/07/2012 14:09

Praying. X

runnindownadream · 07/07/2012 14:10
