Following on from the truly skint thread I bet there are lots of us with things we have that we would be prepared to send to those who are really struggling. I don't want to insult anyone by offering things but at the same time I want to help if I can. I have boys clothes and shoes up to age 5 and black school trousers age six. Pm me. Anyone else have anything

boys shoes are gone now.

I still have the girls ones. I should have said that they are a size 4.

OK, I haven't had a really solid look yet, but some things I found before work this morning...
1 pair boys brown suede shoes size Eur26, which I think is an 8.5 over here. They've only been worn once to a wedding then ds was completely unreasonable and grew out of them!

1 pair Thomas the Tank engine slippers with flashing lights, size 7

Girls outfit never worn age 12-18 months. It's a brown cord pinafore with a pink long sleeved top underneath. Maybe not the most summery, but the way this summer's going....

i have boys clothes up to about age 4/5 some brand new with tags as we got duplicates.

i have larger items like a high chair, baby toys if anyone is in need in the county down area (i could deliver if not too far)

I have tons of boys age 3-4 summer & winter stuff (shorts, cords, jeans, jumpers, fleeces, t-shirts, pjs etc)

Same for girls age 2-3

Boys Clarks Sandals 8.5

Various other shoes girl & boy all Clarks or similar - will check sizes & types.

Women's clothing, various bits, some smart & suitable for work, some casual, some a bit fancy, size 10 - tops, jersey, knits, skirts, trousers etc.

A lovely green duffle coat (I love green but have decided it's not really my colour) size 10.

Tons of maternity clothes size 10, really lovely stuff.

Women's shoes couple of pairs of wedges (one Dune, tan raffia style heel, one Jones the Bootmaker, light green leather) both only worn a few times - size six

Two pairs of flat shoes, one brown & tan leather, leather soles really smart, ideal for work (I have a large instep so they were no good for me) worn for about 25 minutes.....both size six

One pair or patent ballet flats worn about twice.

Cot bedding, various fitted sheets & cellular blankets & a lovely set of unused bedding consisting of duvet case & pillow case (too small for DD's duvet).

& tons & tons of books & DVDs suitable for about up to age 3.

I also have a very nice John Lewis cot & mattress if you're anywhere near me & a rather battered Phil & Teds.

Will be more, I'll have a further root about.

Not exactly child related but I've got loads of nursing text books approx 8-10 yrs old if anyone wants them (am near glasgow). Way too heavy to post. In immaculate condition. Seminal texts that just get added to rather than rewritten.

Also have a cosy coupe car (yellow and red) and a blue rocker thing for the garden.

i'm also getting rid of my two sofas. was going to have council collect them but if anybody wants them and can collect (i have no way of transporting them) then they're yours. they are cream leather, a two and a three seater. they have quite a few blue biro marks on them and cat scratches on the front but are otherwise are in good condition. I am happy to post, I am also in need of boys school trousers age 6-7 and 9-10 if anyone has any they no longer need! :D

I also have some boys high top Nike trainers size 2 if anyone would like them, only been worn an handful of times.

I have size 14 combat trousers and jeans that no longer fit.

I also have completely unworn adult sz 7 and 8 astroturf football boots that Ds got for BB but then broke his toe and couldn't play.

Nike high tops now gone :)

I'm in east Sussex (just) but I nip over to west Sussex weekly anyway.

My kettle is always full. But I can only have one other person around at the moment because I've packed the other mugs!

Anyway,

I have a pair of trainers size 4 1/2. Only worn a couple of times.
And a pair of smart black shoes with a low wedge suitable for work. Size 6.
And a pair of Thomas slippers size 6
And a boys coat 12-18 months.

Boys school shirts and trousers gone, also 12 yo boys stuff.

Have some 7-8 boys jeans and tops though and some girls13-14 stuff, possibly girls shoes size 6 as well.

I also have two 6-9 month old snowsuits, one is navy blue, Columbia brand, and the other is Mothercare cow print design.

Forgive me if it's already been done, but how about a swap party? (Obvs for local to each other mnetters). Basically turn up with all spare clothing and shoes & toys etc, have tea and cake and give and swap between you? I sometimes do this with a group of girls I know!

I have Adidas Copa Mundial Football boots size 4 [moulded studs for firm ground].Worn for 1 season but still in good condition.

I only have for older kids but have an american apparel charcoal grey hooded light weight parka which belonged to ds. Worn about 3 times before he was too tall for it. Size xs

Love this thread and would very much like MN to make this a more formal and organised thingy, so we can see what has gone and what is needed.

It would be great for soemone to be able to say 'anybody got a steriliser' and for someone else to say 'had forgotten I had this, here you go'

oooh, and boys clothes for a skinny 12-13 year old. NOT trendy or branded, but clean and in good condition...boy grew like a weed

I have 2 girls genuine grobag baby sleeping bags, age 0-6 months, both 1 tog (summer weight) will post for free

I've got so much stuff that we are theoretically going to car boot but it's just not happening! And same concern re freecycle.

Maternity clothes in size 14 and 16 - 2 black tops (one Dorothy Perkins and one next which is lovely) plus size 16 next maternity leggings in black.
