Following on from the truly skint thread I bet there are lots of us with things we have that we would be prepared to send to those who are really struggling. I don't want to insult anyone by offering things but at the same time I want to help if I can. I have boys clothes and shoes up to age 5 and black school trousers age six. Pm me. Anyone else have anything

Also a pair of boys black school shoes sz2, only been won a couple of times for BB.

We have a pregnancy crisis centre that collects donations of baby clothes and equipment and kids clothes up to age 2 (due to limited space). They work closely with local MW, HV and Women's Aid.

It's so lovely that people are trying to help.... Is anyone responding to those offering items? I too would much much rather give them directly o soneone i know needs them.

I know I have lots of boys clothes age 0-3 and girls 0-2 including shoes and wellies. I will definitely have a sort at the weekend and post more precisely what I have.

Oh good good good, I desperately want to help someone. I'm not rolling in cash either but we're afloat and I hate what's happening in this country.

I could really use some maternity clothes if anyone has any knocking about, I will gladly pay postage. I just didn't realise they were so expensive! I have 1 pair of jeans that is (just) housing my already prominent bump, I hate being so uncomfortable, I'm size 12/14.

I always have plenty of store cupboard food and a listening ear and a full kettle if anyone ever wants a chat or some company, or finding themselves in dire need of staples for feeding the family. I'm in West Sussex. :)

That won't get me excommunicated will it?

Does anyone need furniture?

I have an Ikea extending toddler bed in white, perfect condition - obviously can't post for any of this, but if anyone is NE Scotland, they're welcome to it all.

Also, as new sofa and chair, mid-brown, modular, barely used, really is in excellent condition.

Lots of toddler toys too, such as walking things and push alongs.

Non smoking household but there is a cat and dog . . .
