My DP noticed the other day that i have now got hairs on my bum where there were none before

Im not to great at keeping the lady garden trim but a hairy bum OMG!!

Can this be down to hormones? Whats the best way of getting rid of them? The are like public hair but in the wrong place and i thikn they are growing.

Am mortified but amused in a ed sort of way.

I want them gone though!

I have now got three very long and very black hairs growing just under my navel, delightful.
Hormones? YES.
If they are in an inappropriate place to wax and you desperately want rid of them find a good beautician and have electrolysis or whatever the latest version of permanent hair removal is.
Or as a last resort TWEEZERS!

Theres too many for tweezers i think (and again the pain facter!! I am a totall wimp!)

hairy this thread has cheered me up no ends without sounding rude do you mean hairs on your bum or leading from your lady friend? cos of its the latter i think that would be quite normal (either that or i am one hairy moose ) Not that i have a forest or anything , god im just gonna carry on digging...........

It probably wouldn't be a good idea to tweeze, wax or epilate. Imagine the discomfort of an ingrowing hair there. If your dh is willing he could just snip them off with a nail sissors.

you can use depilatory cream round and about yer bits you know. (I never did, til someone on mn said so) Obvioulsly don't put it on sensitive bits but if its normal skin, as it were, it's fine. Obviously do a patch test first. And you'll probably need to make sure the kids don;t walk in on you holding yourself in strange sort of stretched positions in the bathroom whilst wondering if 7 minutes is normally this long. Take a book and sit on the loo.
