I woke up this morning to wet feet 😮

They were on top of a hot water bottle, which was also wet, as was the sheet and mattress topper 🤔 the wetness smelled of pee.

Dh blamed me for having wet the bed, but my pj's were dry, so it wasn't me. I then blamed him, but his pj's were dry also.

🐈🐈🐈 it was the cat 😖 she won't use the cat litter trays and insists on going out into the garden to toilet, but I'd failed to get up at 6am, so she peed on me.

I fell asleep with the light and radio on, propped up on pillows. I am grumpy as it was not a comfortable restful sleep

@BarrowInFurnessRailwayStation that has happened to me also. On another occasion I forgot a hot water bottle (which had thankfully gone cold at that point) was still in my bed and sat on it, water EVERYWHERE and got absolutely soaked

Nice clean bed now and up at 6am to let this cat out.

Do your cats pin you down in bed? I have 5 who are allowed on the bed and honestly, I can barely turn over at times as sometimes they ALL get on the bed and on me!

Murder mittens! I like that. Never heard it before. My Dcat lies on me and also let's me cradle him like a baby. He puts his Murder Mittens on my face. Like a half show of affection / half warning.

Rescued my little darling menace last June. He was only 3 at the time and I was already his 3rd home. So I'm obviously going to give in to his every whim..

What is everyone up to?

I have been speaking to PIP people and Tax Credit people. PIP ones were absolutely lovely. The other ones useless. I've got to do CAHMS form for DD now. Argh, just want paperwork to bugger off.

I hate paperwork. Dh helps me do my tax return and had to phone HMRC and I was trying to explain something and she told dh to stop the background noise (me) 😮 damn cheek.

My cat threw up all over the bed this morning and made me late for work I think they must be in league together with yours @BarrowInFurnessRailwayStation!

I'm trying to work out how to balance my pitiful annual leave allowance between "family" time off and time off for me to compress, but its too much for me to deal with at the moment. Does anyone else find that (if you're working) home stuff just completely slides if work is too busy? I'm so zonked in the evenings at the moment that DH is worrying that I'm ill.

Morning,been awake since 4 am with anxiety..I’ve got a thread on here somewhere,but it’s particularly bad at the moment.mainly around text messages and people not responding for days .it sets me off convinced they have ended the friendship.I’m constantly checking my phone ,it can be every minute sometimes..I’m so stuck mentally In so many negative behaviours,this is just the tip of the iceburge

I feel a similar unease when my friend doesn't answer a message, but I tell myself that she's got a lot on (she has) and she's just been busy. She will message me eventually.

Do you have any help with your anxiety.

Today is not going to be a good day. Next door have really loud music which I can hear through the wall. I can feel the bass which I HATE.
I'm sat here with headphones on, trying to block it out with different music and stimming like crazy.
