Can anyone help me find this very old song

Is a song that I believe was released between 1999 to 2001 by a British female vocalist I believe it goes like this i heard it from a show it was difficult to understand the lyrics as people where talking over

Thank you everyone for the feedback when I meant very old i meant I haven't heard it in a very long time till I heard it recently it wa completely wiped from my memory I was kind of upset as it flooded with childhood memories I just wish I can find the song

I found it now thanks to a user.... i heard it when I watched it as the volume was up and I was already familiar with the song as I heard it in my childhood.
