Dunno, but love the way you describe a twenty odd year old song as "very old"! 😕 Do I feel ancient! 😅

Same here. I was expecting something from the 70s!

Annoyingwurringnoise · 01/03/2023 22:36

Which TV show did you hear it on? Can you track down the episode on catch up, YouTube or anywhere else?

'I'll still forgive' is making me think of 'I still believe' from Baby One More Time, but I'm guessing you'd know if it was that as it's such a well known song. And Britney's not British and the other lyrics don't fit, so yeah...

There's loads of nineties/noughties playlists and compilation albums on Spotify, it might be worth having a listen through those.

I don't know whether is "stay" or "say "it was from classic eastenders it was defo released around the 2000 to 2001 it goes like stay..... stayyy the vocalist has a soft voice

You weren't a Casualty fan were you? The receptionist Amy (Rebecca Wheatley) sang a song called Stay with me baby, when Max's son (I think it was his son) died.

5mins 38 seconds of this video.
