HRH I would trust Prince with my daughter. She's just looked at butter's photo and shaken her head. But as much as I love dh, there is no way on earth that he'd get away from me unscathed!

I'm pretty sure everyone on this thread could write something very lurid about Prince without much prompting! Maybe '50 shades of Purple in the purple pleasure room at Paisley Park' is next year's best seller?

Yep, I keep making up my own little fantasies. I used to be a dancer at a table dancing club and I can just imagine Prince booking the whole place for a night, coming in with all his people, sitting at the back in the dark and watching all the girls dance, but of course it's me who catches his eye, I get called over by one of his bodyguards, I do a dance for Prince and he's so blown away by my sexiness that he invites me back to his hotel for the most amazing night of my life!
Well it could have happened!

Still haven't managed a namechange. Have been meeting myself coming back this week it's been so busy.

Plectrum I think there are similarities in the jawline, cheekbones and lips, but then he's deliberately pouting in the photo, I guess to emulate a lot of Prince's photos. Now he's been named publicly, he'd have to be mad to proceed if he doesn't have at least a very strong suspicion that he is is son. He knows it can be proven or disproved via DNA, so I'd guess at least he believes it himself, based on what his mother has told him, even if it doesn't turn out to be true.

As for the 'Prince encounters' thread on org. Well, I think there are a lot of attention seeking people out there who aren't above a bit of creative writing to get it.

I think he looks most like him, facial structure-wise, on this photo and this one.

I think it will be really sad if it turns out to be true, as from some of the interviews I've seen I think Prince would have liked to have children.

Great guardian article, transfixed by the 1983 concert, so young yet he'd already done so many classics.. And butters I think I can safely say you are as obsessed as me if not more so, and I love it

I just wanted to say thanks to all of you fellow prince 'nuts' - I don't think I realised how much I loved prince 'til I joined this thread & all the links, photos, articles & clips have been hugely enjoyable, if a little sad at the same time. This is my new 'go to' thread every time I log on just to see what clips I can watch, articles to read or just pics to drool over Just wish we could all have the chance for one last epic gig get-together. As he said himself, he was Prince, the one & only. I find myself thinking in prince lyrics now too, which can be fun That, and WWPD is my new 'normal'

still very sad of the loss. miss him very much.

also sad that he was so controling over his internetappearances (interviews, lives, music clips etc) wven though I understand where he comes from. I do feel that if he would have been less controlling and more accessible by normal people and not only the die hard fans, I probably wouldn't have lost sight of him in the past 10 or so years.

I would buy all if his disks (have a best of and the last one already as available on itunes) but Inhave no longer a cdplayer so no use buying his cd's! Would love to buy a concert recording as I think his life performances were the absolite best.

destiny the Google pics are really impressive. I live the fact that you can see who some of the tributes are found and it seems to go on for miles.

Although the thing on the tree looks like purple toilet rolls or cheerios.

Well said plectrum couldn't agree more, the past few weeks rediscovering the purple one have been full of mixed emotions, but all of you have made it seem like I'm not going completely nuts!

Destiny enjoy Ibiza - sure they'll be mixing in a few prince riffs in Space this year..
