I randomly stumbled across someone discussing this on here so I did alot of research and the findings have actually been quite shocking, it would seem tha a lot of celebs beyonce rhianna and jay z all seem to openly worship, from their hand gestures to what they wear etc.

I am fully aware this sounds totally bizarre and I assure you I am not insane, but have a Google and post your feed back. (can't do links as I'm on mobile) :)

Beertricks it was not meant to be patronising. You know about the satanic imagery and you obviously agree it is in there, because you know about Crowley and Performance etc. etc. You know this has been used for decades now. I am not into hip hop and rap, so this thread has opened my eyes to how more prevalent it now is becoming.

I think there is a significance to the imagery being used, it is not just done to shock, because most people aren't even aware of it, and most people like the MNers on here are not shocked by it. It has another purpose.

Images that are disturbing because they are violent and can affect the stress responses in a young person's brain - people being locked in burning cars, people being physicaly hurt, people being locked in boot of cars and drowned, people being raped.

Images that are NOT disturbing because they have no power whatsoever to do anything to your brain - people holding their hands in the air, people bending their limbs to imitate a goat's skull, people wearing t shirts with goat's skulls on them.

There is a difference

Yes there is a difference. Both types of images are used. There is death, blood, burning, guns, knives and there are also horns, goat's heads and 'One Eye' signals. They are being joined together, to portray meaning and the lyrics make it even more explicit.

I fail to see how one can be a Satanist without the belief in Satan. That would be like being a Christian but admitting that one has no belief in God.

They do believe in Satan. They were all Christian at one point too, although Mr Young Goat Freak denies it, I remember because I've listened to his music and known of him for years.

It's certainly no more bizarre a belief than many others I come across on a daily basis, so I shan't argue with you any more, but please don't take my silence as an agreement.
