This one is slower on my old iPhone & can't afford to upgrade

I was perfectly happy with the old one.

I like the styling a lot - looks more modern and cleaner. But I don't like that banner ad at the top that doesn't go away when you scroll down. Iphone screens aren't very big and we don't need ads following us! I don't mind the adds in the middle or the bottom that I can flick past.

I also don't like that you have taken away the preview of the posts. I now have to click them, as I don't keep track of how many posts have been made since my last visit, so I have no idea what I have or have not read. If that makes sense!

No, I'll just stick to my iPad, thus making less time spent on mn. Which is only going to be good for me!

Hate it. I'm being a Luddite either, I'm used to new systems. It's harder to use, too white and lots of other points others have said. It's doe now though and probably cost a lot if time and money - it won't be changed back!

No. This one's fine if it gets tweaks like a les glary background. Post previews in TIO put back. Go straight to your last post in TIO as before. First prev next last boxes at the top of the page.

I have a blue line between each post.

Don't mind the new look or the adverts, but the site has lost so much functionality. I can't use it as I did previously, as it's just too much hassle to navigate.

It's no fun any more, but hoping it might finally cure my MN addiction. I've already stopped bothering with the threads that I was previously following, whereas I'd normally keep checking for new posts.

I wonder if MNHQ felt that the site was getting too big and if this is an attempt to lose a few users?

I'm presuming highlighting posts will get sorted out - I went to customise to highlight ops posts and to opt in to SNs but neither has happened.

I will probably get used to it.

My bf on glancing over my shoulder said he thought it looks a bit similar to the guardians website. Not sure if this was meant to be a good or bad thing

Yes, I hate it. The shortcut bar keeps moving and it is headache inducing.

I like some of it but the ads hurt my eyes, especially the ones with moving images like this stabilo one today. We need the op posts highlighted again please and it's annoying having to search for top, reply etc. Like the smileys and attach buttons. Not keen on blue bar. I think it is easier on a big phone (I have galaxy s4) but on smaller eg iPhone it must be fairly shit.

Also takes an age to load probably due to annoying ad.

Nope. Really like the new one (though would like the 'hide threads' option back).

I don't want them to go back, that would be a silly request, but I would like my highlighting of the OP back, and for them to fix the "going straight to the right post" from Threads I'm On.

I like the new one more. Looks lovely on the S4.
