Me, I want highlighted OP and own posts, to see the first line of the most recent posts and no ad fixed at the top.

LoxleyBarrett · 21/08/2014 07:23

Me

Iggly · 21/08/2014 07:23

I like it.

Easier to read and looks cleaner.

I have a bigger phone though so not sure if that makes the difference.

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 21/08/2014 07:24

I've switched to desktop site and not sure how to get back to it now anyway.

Iggly · 21/08/2014 07:24

It still highlights my posts but not the OP's. That's annoying - can I change it?

Its fine by me apart from the ad at the top

Lweji · 21/08/2014 07:28

I'm ok with it, minus some issues that need ironing.

As for getting back to the mobile site, I have had in the past to delete all cookies and history (or do only MN if you can) and log in again.

enriquetheringbearinglizard · 21/08/2014 07:29

I've chosen desktop site on my tablet until they sort out the mobile properly.

scarletforya · 21/08/2014 07:36

I hate the ad at the top and the fixed toolbar at the bottom. I'm a fast reader and like lots a text on the screen. With this there's just a few lines visible at any time.

I agree with poster above who said it's like reading through a letterbox.

I like the post box better though. Overall I the old mobile site. Far easier to read.

MrsBungle · 21/08/2014 07:44

I really like it - apart from the ad at the top and I can't work out how to hide a thread.

TakeMeUpTheNorthMountain · 21/08/2014 07:47

Me!!

ALittleFaith · 21/08/2014 07:47

MNHQ commented on the thread in site stuff saying it's not intended but a glitch so hopefully they'll fix it. Maybe it's time to tweak the mobile site though?

EskSmith · 21/08/2014 07:50

I like it. Yes the ad is a bit annoying but ads are what help MN keep going so I see them as a necessisary annoyance.

OwlCapone · 21/08/2014 07:51

No. It looks nicer than the old one and, once the kinks are ironed out, it will be fine.

OwlCapone · 21/08/2014 07:52

I've switched to desktop site and not sure how to get back to it now anyway.

There is a link at the bottom of each page IIRC.

Ledkr · 21/08/2014 07:52

Yes please

GalaxyInMyPants · 21/08/2014 07:53

Me.

OrangeMochaFrappucino · 21/08/2014 07:53

Yep, go back please!

Tangchi · 21/08/2014 07:55

Yes hate new one

Shouldwego · 21/08/2014 07:56

I'm not keen on it, can't see how to highlight the OP's posts. And there are no top/reply buttons by each post.

Grrrrrr

Bowlersarm · 21/08/2014 07:56

NO don't go back.

This one is much, much better.

daddyorchipsdaddyorchips · 21/08/2014 07:59

Go back, please.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it (with something that is broke).

ASpiderInTheBath · 21/08/2014 08:00

I don't mind the layout but it's so, so frustrating that the longer threads won't load properly so I can't get to the bottom. And there are a few long threads I'm following at the moment so haven't been able to catch up/post.Angry
