We've been asked by the British Lung Foundation to find out about your views and experience of smoking.

It doesn't matter if you have never smoked, smoke now or have smoked in the past, the survey is open to all parents in the UK. This follows on from a previous survey in April.

All data is confidential. The British Lung Foundation does not want to make anyone feel guilty about smoking.

Everyone who completes the survey and adds their details at the end will be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 voucher for Cath Kidston.

Hadn't heard about the campaign but will read up on it now. Both our parents smoked in the car at the same time when myself and my younger brother were little which we hated (and my mother died of lung cancer due to smoking nearly a year ago) so it's come not a moment too soon and I expect I will support it wholeheartedly.
