Fairy Clean and Care, with a Touch of Olay softness, have asked us to find 200 Mumsnetters who would like to try their new product.

Fairy are looking for Mumsnetters who wash up by hand (or whose DH's/ kids do Smile) and who don't normally wear rubber gloves. It doesn't matter if you normally buy Fairy or another brand.

Fairy say: "We have teamed up with the skin care specialists and experts at Olay and utilised their research and expertise to provide a daily solution for improving the skins softness, resulting in noticeably softer hands. The new washing up liquid contains a skin conditioning polymer also used in some well known beauty brands' cleaners and body washes. The 'beauty' ingredient acts as a protective layer on your skin, yet rinses clean off your dishes so that they are still squeaky clean".

If you are selected for the product test all we ask is that you try the product for a couple of weeks and then add feedback to a thread on Mumsnet.

Everyone who is part of the test and who adds feedback will be entered into a prize draw where one lucky winner will win a £250 John Lewis voucher.

Everyone who is selected will be sent one of the four available fragrances: Aloe and Cucumber, Silk and Orchid, Almond and Peach and Mandarin.

If you would like to take part in this project please add your details here

Thanks
MNHQ

Every feminist bone in my body is screaming. So I'm going to get DH to wash up. It's his job. :)
Wonder if my bottle is coming tomorrow - hope I like the smell!

CoffinGoneColdAgain · 25/10/2010 09:20

DramaInPyjamas · 25/10/2010 10:49

Mine arrived this morning. Can't be arsed to do any dishes though!

ThatDamnDog · 25/10/2010 11:15

Oooh mine came this morning ... lovely. Except I languished in bed for ages and DP had already done the dishes when I emerged. I shall have to do the lunch ones, dammit.

bramblebooks · 25/10/2010 11:37

Mine's come. I've told DH it's one of his favourite smells (almond). I have done cakey things and am going bareback without my marigolds to do the washing up in a bit.

louii · 25/10/2010 12:18

Yay, postman just delivered mine.

EarthMotherImNot · 25/10/2010 12:23

Mines just arrived, Dh busy pulling dusty wine glasses from the back of the cupboard.

Well it has to be used immediately doesn't itGrin

lissieloucifer · 25/10/2010 13:58

mines here too!

grinningbee · 25/10/2010 15:15

Ooooh! I got a bottle this morning. Mine has hello vera in it, don't you know.

Looking forward to seeing if it does anything for my poor knackered hands [hgrin]

Aliarse · 25/10/2010 15:21

mine has just come too!

NewJob · 25/10/2010 18:14

Mine arrived this morning too. Lucky that yesterday's washing up was on the side ready to be done

sugarlake · 25/10/2010 18:19

I want to eat mine - it smells of marzipan. [hgrin]

southeastastra · 25/10/2010 18:20

got mine, peach and something, it's very nice and yes my hands are more softer Grin

Lavitabellissima · 25/10/2010 18:22

I got the aloe and cucumber one - think I would of picked any other scent as it doesn't smell of much.

I wanted to like it especially as it was free but my hands didn't feel any softer. What do you guys think [hhmm]

Maybe I'm just biased because I love the lavender one? that's not Olay.

TheGrumpalo · 25/10/2010 18:48

I got the silk and orchid one (purple). It smells lovely, will have to use it for a few days to see if I notice any difference though.

[hsmile]

5andahead · 25/10/2010 19:16

Mine came today as well, silk and orchid.
