Oh my god you absolutely were living the bloody dream!!! My wife has had THREE solo hotel stays in the last few weeks (for work) and I've been at home with our tantruming three year old. To say I'm jealous (of both you and her!) is a fucking understatement. Girl (Woman) power, @SadSandwich !! ✌

Absolutely love doing this. Hotel room ALONE: takeaway, wine and junk telly.

I managed to swing this once on Boxing Day. It was exactly where I wanted to be.

I miss the days of work travel 😭

I once went posh and nipped into Pizza
express for a takeaway large pizza and went crazy and added a dessert too - was bliss demolishing that in bed whilst watching crap telly (this was pre MAFS/Love Island etc)

have been there with KFC too though - boneless banquet all the way for me (obligatory gravy as one of the sides)
