Is this positive?!

I’ve name changed for this. I am due in hospital tomorrow for a colposcopy because of periods being all over the place. Just decided to do a pregnancy test just to be on the safe side.
DH and I were told earlier this year it was very unlikely we could conceive due to my age and low AMH levels.

Was not expecting this. I’m not going nuts am I? Is this positive? Is there any way it could be wrong?

DH is at work & I can’t talk to him for a couple of hours. Am shaking.

I've had a shit week and this has totally cheered me up, I'm so happy for you!

My best friend was told she'd never get pregnant naturally but 3 weeks before IVF she tested positive, and that 8 year old kid puked on my sofa last night!

I’ve done a Clearblue now just to be sure.
That is also very, very positive.
DH and I have been looking on the internet to see if there is any way you can get lots of false positive tests because it doesn’t seem real.

I’ve contacted my GP and mentioned that I am due to have a colposcopy tomorrow so I’ll see what they say about whether I should still go or whatever.

We were advised by the hospital earlier this year that my AMH was so low we were not even entitled to even have a round of IVF on the NHS. Because it was unlikely to work.

We decided we didn’t want the stress and heartache or cost of funding IVF ourselves if the chances were so low, and we drew a line under it.
I even had a thread on here at the time!

Presumably with very irregular periods it’s difficult to know how pregnant you are. Hoe you get some clarity!
