Since the second thread has now been promoted to 'classics' here is part three.

TC is clearly suitably impressed by his fame

DW hissed? Did TC tried to look under her kilt?

YetAnotherSpartacus · 22/09/2020 14:52

Speak to the paw!

AnneKipanki · 22/09/2020 16:23

Beautiful @Grumpyoldpersonwithcats .

purrswhileheeats · 22/09/2020 16:29

He's such a delicate little flower Grin

Has he broken some of the slats on the table Grumpy?

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 22/09/2020 23:20

NDN popped in earlier. Having a chat round the kitchen table when he suddenly exclaimed
'What is -- (TC) doing eating your cats' food?'
My apologies for dreadful photo - it was taken just prior to his emergency ejection.

And yes - he hissed and growled despite his owner being there. Meanwhile Basil was sitting on the kitchen table the whole time looking bemused.

@purrswhileheeats

While I'd happily assume TC was to blame for any number of things (Brexit & Covid to name but two), I really can't blame him for damaging our 20 year old garden rable that we have woefully neglected to maintain properly Grin.

For rable read 'table'.

I can't really blame him for my rabble either!

That sounds vaguely accusatory ... as if you were responsible somehow. :)

BovaryX · 23/09/2020 09:02

Talk to the paw

@CassandraCross

Ha! Another motto for TC. I also like 'rable' it suits TC and his talent for mischief and mayhem. The paw pictures are fabulous!

Well if you keep on feeding him then he is going to keep coming in Grin

Was NDN surprised to see the hissing and growling? Does he ever do it at home.

Was Basil watching or more like hiding in the fruit bowl?

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 23/09/2020 09:18

I don't think our NDN is under any illusions about TC's thuggy tendancies, although he (TC) did leave the house far more willingly for NDN than he ever does when we try to get rid of him.

@TastelessBracelets - how very dare you suggest that Basil might be a bit of a coward Grin.

I read that as "I don't think our NDN is under any illusions about TC's thuggy tendancies, although he (TC) did leave the house far more willingly than NDN ever does when we try to get rid of him" ... oops!

Supersimkin2 · 23/09/2020 09:37

As part of the glorious heritage of internet cats, this thread really ought to be called Cats that Act Like Hitler.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 23/09/2020 09:39

Sounds like a perfect calendar theme to me...

Supersimkin2 · 23/09/2020 12:19

There's no printer in the UK capable of handling the size of the order for the

except JK Rowling's.

Supersimkin2 · 23/09/2020 12:21

Or the royalty statement, working out etc. I bet @Grumpyoldpersonwithcats is a beast with a calculator and 17 spreadsheets at 3am, tho'.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 23/09/2020 12:29

except JK Rowling's

I was thinking you meant the number of pages at first ...

JKR Rocks :)

CassandraCross · 23/09/2020 15:36

You'd never be able to curate a TC Calendar to a measly 12 pictures!

Cattermole · 23/09/2020 15:46

I had a brief panic there as The Tank (something around a stone and a half of relentlessly affectionate rescue cat) is also known as Thug Cat due to his somewhat boisterous greetings.

Fortunately Tankie (aka Obelix...after Asterix's massive best mate) although a credible impersonator of Staffies, is tabby and white, and in Cornwall. I'm looking at him now sitting on one of the other cats, so he's definitely here.

Tankie is my Mr October. He is adorable.

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 28/09/2020 14:14

Tail end of last week we took the 'kittens' to the vet for their boosters. TC was waiting on the car - oversaw the loading (cat baskets) and hung on refusing to move until I started the engine.

TastelessBracelets · 28/09/2020 14:36

Just started the engine? Or was there a little movement Grin

InglouriousBasterd · 28/09/2020 14:45

Grin the clinging tiger paws

Just off out to be met by this on the bonnet.
