Poor Lenny though being beaten up first thing. That’s not very nice behaviour is it?.

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 29/09/2020 17:34

The car has been relinquished. He's now laying claim to the barbeque. I don't actually think he's left our premises at all since about 8 this morning.

Slumbering in a sunbeam, sleeping the sleep of the Just.

What can you do.

BovaryX · 29/09/2020 19:26

The magnificent TC sprawling in stripey abandon.....

BovaryX · 29/09/2020 19:28
@BovaryX
No idea why but yes, the car does seem to have suddenly become the latest battleground.
And I apologise, but that was actually Karl looking dashing on the bonnet - I should have clarified.
I'm afraid Lenny struggles to look dashing but he does have ridiculously long (and untidy) whiskers - see attached.
Lenny is an elegant chap, are he and Karl brothers?

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 29/09/2020 20:02

Yes, Karl and Lenny are litter mates, as are Basil and Sybil. Both pairs are from Battersea.

Was it Karl or Lenny who had the brush with the unknown assailant which resulted in Poodle Tail, Grumpy? If it was Karl, it looks fully restored to glory in the Battle of the Bonnet photo.

Do they ever fight with each other? Or are both sets of siblings bonded with each other?
Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 29/09/2020 20:13

Yes it was indeed Karl who became 'poodley'. Delighted to report that his tail fur is now fully recovered.

OP posts:
Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 29/09/2020 20:33

I wouldn't say either pair are bonded but they do rub along quite happily. Lenny also loves Basil Grin.

TastelessBracelets · 02/10/2020 16:46

And where is TC sheltering from the rain and cold weather today?

Allergictoironing · 02/10/2020 18:12

@TastelessBracelets

And where is TC sheltering from the rain and cold weather today?
I'd guess snuggled up somewhere in his own home, in the lap of luxury Grin
TastelessBracelets · 02/10/2020 19:45

Allergictoironing In the bosom of his gang of dogs? Surely Grumpy has a picture of his little face pressed up to the window gazing admiringly at Sybil?

Allergictoironing · 02/10/2020 21:03

Well there IS a pic of the lovely TC lounging snuggled up to the legs of NDN, with an open fire roaring in the background...

And do you really think he isn't the boss of a mere 3 dogs? Wink

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 03/10/2020 10:41

I noticed TC seemed very interested in the trailer this morning. I then spotted Karl between the wheels. TC was very relaxed - alas Karl was having none of his friendly overtures.

Quite right too.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 03/10/2020 11:29

Poor TC - he just wants to be friends :(

Ellmau · 03/10/2020 12:33

Karl is gorgeous, glad his tail fur has grown back :)

YetAnotherSpartacus · 03/10/2020 12:40

Have you read your cats the parable of the Good Samaritan Grumpy?

AnneKipanki · 03/10/2020 12:50

Gorgeous!

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 03/10/2020 13:30

Since the cats spend 90% of their time asleep the only Biblical story that it seemed appropriate to read them is that of Eutychus.

Oooh - defenestration via the tactic of boredom. I'll remember that.

Supersimkin2 · 06/10/2020 19:48

@Grumpyoldpersonwithcats A poster desperately needs your help.
