Even if he leaves, B can't get into X anyway. Will she have the brass balls to park on Ms drive again?

originalcatlady · 13/03/2020 22:09

She chose X. And she's Touching.

Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.

This can't go on Grin

Also, is it just her and Mr B, how many bathrooms do they have? We're a family of 4 and haven't even bought that many loo rolls. I'm not a hoarder/prepper/panicker though. We just got our usual one huge pack for the month on payday.

Although I'm now picturing her in her pink dressing gown, in a loo roll fort, having Mr B use binoculars through the blinds to watch the parking situation so she can run out to move if she can.

TeetotalKoala · 13/03/2020 23:43

Maybe the loo rolls are to build that fort in 1/2 when C moves? Or maybe she's going to TP C's house. And the K's for good measure...

BruceAndNosh · 14/03/2020 10:09

The lady in the other recent parking thread (who blocked her own dropped kerb with a 4 ft Olaf toy) built a fort with a bin and a box of recycling cardboard to enlarge the blocked area
Maybe B will be hoarding the loo roll inners to do similar?

originalcatlady · 14/03/2020 12:25

Loving all your theories.

We've had the usual run out and move your car three feet from B, as soon as C went out this morning 🙄

Ah B, I wonder if she has any idea quite how batshit her behaviour is?! I do feel rather sorry for her husband Grin

Weenurse · 15/03/2020 02:43

Is it sad that every weekend, I settle into my chair with my dog, and pull up this thread first?

GabsAlot · 15/03/2020 21:53

how old is her car op?

BecauseReasons · 15/03/2020 22:01

Placemarking. Didn't realise this was still going on but did wonder how it worked out.

TeetotalKoala · 15/03/2020 22:58

Earlies for B this week. This must make her happy.

SallyLovesCheese · 15/03/2020 23:07

How old is B, @originalcatlady? I'm just wondering if she'll be self-isolating anytime soon and if that will include leaving her car where it is or continuing her quest to have 1/2...

Sissymate2 · 16/03/2020 03:54

@TeetotalKoala
Still keeping up with B's schedule, eh?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

@originalcatlady
Just had a thought....if B's work is forced to close then maybe while she has all that time off, she can put it to good use by practicing her parking skills all day for months on end..🤣🤣🤣🤣
Originalcatlady will be like🤪🤯😖🙄 with all Bs revving her way in and out for hours on end🤣🤣

originalcatlady · 16/03/2020 08:10

Hard to say her age. Mr B retired years ago but she only seems mid 50s but then her GC are my DC age 🤷‍♀️

Car I think about ten years old.

And you're all hilarious!

C is home. She has parked in 1/2. The only other vehicle in the entire street was a workman's van, parked at the end of Ns drive. This resulted in complete block of the street. C ignored the beeping and the door knocking, meaning that workman moved into X/1. Grin

OP posts:
mumsie8 · 16/03/2020 12:54

C stands for Cunt (and i hate that word i now feel i may be struck down by tye gods for my use of it)Grin

mumsie8 · 16/03/2020 12:55

*the

sunshinesupermum · 16/03/2020 19:04

Alphabet Street must be narrower than I realised originalcatlady if a van outside N's drive blocked the whole street. What was C meant to do?

PenguinsOnParade · 16/03/2020 19:15

So C could have had her pick of any of the spaces in the street but chose B's coveted spot. Sounds like C is pissed off at her too. Maybe C is a MN lurker. That would be a fun twist.

GabsAlot · 16/03/2020 20:02

Like i said previous thread i think if u keep starting up the briefly and shutting it off it starts damagin it

originalcatlady · 16/03/2020 20:07

@sunshinesupermum because C parked exactly parallel to it and they were both parked on the road.

It's the same as 4&5 not being able to be used at the same time.

OP posts:
originalcatlady · 16/03/2020 20:08

C never moved for the rest of the day so poor B has had to manage with her X/1 spot allll day, no moving around here today!

OP posts:
sunshinesupermum · 16/03/2020 21:13

LOL!

OlaEliza · 17/03/2020 08:36

Where does B work? Is she going to have to keep working (supermarket etc) or will she be told to wfh?

originalcatlady · 17/03/2020 14:28

Well it's all getting a bit fraught here...

C is in a sensible 2.
E (I know, I know!!!) is in 3.
A has visitors in X and 1.

Mr B has just knocked on As door and from the waving hands at the rest of the street, I think he was saying there are no parking spaces and kicking off a bit about his guests parking outside his house. B is due home.

A went inside, Mr B then started knocking on Cs door - obviously no reply.

Mr B then went inside. Shortly after, A came out and stuck a load of post it notes on Bs door!!

It's absolutely killing me not to go out and read them but A is still standing on his doorstep!
