There is no space in the street. C is in X. A has visitors and is knocking on C's door. No answer. Visitors are sitting in the road, causing a bit of backlog now...

Not actually sitting in the road. In their car. They aren't quite that crazy in Alphabet Street.

C doesn't answer to anyone does she? Poor A. Getting sucked into this.

Surely though, if it’s a disabled spot then unless the visitors are disabled they have no more right to the spot than C

They had to park in the next street and then return and block the street again whilst A got into the car - which takes ages.

If A went out in the car, then yes, they absolutely should have had the use of the disabled space. Not cool C. Not cool.
