I know what I would do.

  1. Buy a 5 bedroom house so we all get our own room, big garden so James could have a dog.
  1. Get private medical insurance so we never again have to await scans and results.
  1. Buy Shabs a villa in Faliraki.
  1. Throw a big party for all my lovely lovely mad mums on here.
  1. Treat myself to highlights.
  1. Buy bags and bags of M&S choccy nuts!

Good night girls - my Matt is 25 years old today!! xx

MarsLady · 30/06/2009 00:21

Fab match! About time someone made him play a good match. I have found my tartan tassles and am good to go!

TK... I'd've asked her if she had any children and if she said yes I'd've asked her to describe, in intimate detail, how they were conceived!

Good morning girls xx

tkband3 · 30/06/2009 07:27

PMSL Mars - but I never think of come-backs like that at the appropriate moment!

MarsLady · 30/06/2009 08:06

Happy birthday Matt.

TK... just keep that one in mind. LOL

Sending love flying upwards to your Matt today Shabs and hope he and my Matthew are celebrating in style xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Afternoon girls, what about that match last night? I am not into watching the ladies, not half as thrilling as watching the men!
We always get asked if our trio were ivf, cos of our great age, at least I find that preferable to the usual question we get asked by strangers

"having a nice day out with grannie and grandad are they"

Then once in Majorca we were there with my Mum who was 75 at the time, a couple in a restaurant got talking to us, fascinated to see triplets. The following morning I was up with the birds, went to the supermarket for bread and bumped into the old couple.

"Hello dear, I said to my husband after you left, how does that girl do it? Still at least you got yer Mum and Dad with yer to help"!!!!!!!!!!!! Harry was not best pleased, mother was chuffed

Off to school............

Trips, that is class PMSL!

Happy Birthday Matt, round em up, pump up a party and shake all that you have xxxxxx. Shabs, hope today is ok for you, breathe in and out regularly and it will come good, promise x.

TKB [empathy] I'm not great with that question either. Always wonder what difference it makes........and FWIW, I did the tango-bounce with DP on a Tuesday and a Thursday of the same week and I think that is how I got mine

frumpygrumpy · 30/06/2009 15:51

Were you routinely internally monitored during labour? mum expecting twins needs advice

tkband3 · 30/06/2009 17:04

When I first read that FG, I thought that was today's 'interested' question from a stranger .

Momma, does that mean at the next awards ceremony Leona is at, when she wins, she'll cry a lot and then thank Poppa, Momma, and all the Mommaettes, and we'll get to scrub slink up the red carpet on your freebies? Non? I scrub up ok. Pourquoi?

TKB, maybe that's the line you need........"no, not IVF, but I was routinely internally examined, it was hell really painful, and the SCARS, oh hell the scars, honestly, I think if I'd known, I'd NEVER had had children at all, do you have children BTW?"

Nite dolls x.

The biggest bully in Year 7 - who has called my Tom a 'geek' 'nerd' 'fat boy' 'gay fat boy' and much, much worse has got his come uppance from my Tommy!!

Yesterday this kid started again on Tom. Went to hit him this time along with a barrage of insults. All the other kids (including Tom) are frightened of him.

After 5 minutes of verbal and physical abuse Tom 'snapped.' His friends were telling me this morning and all their faces were like this !!

Tom grabbed this kid by the arms (he is about 8 inches taller than Tom) pinned him against the canteen wall and screamed at him 'YOU WILL NOT BULLY ME ANY MORE, YOU WILL NOT CALL ME NAMES OR HIT ME - BECAUSE, IF YOU DO I WILL DROP YOU WHERE YOU STAND!!!!!' He then pushed this kid backwards to the cheering and relief of the rest of the class.

I hate violence BUT I hate bullying even more - hopefully this kid will now get the message.
