Ruby, who needs lunch in Paris when you can spend the day with your parents, your twins, your two grannies (one 84 and a bit wild, one 86 and a bit staid) and then (surrounded by voices and not knowing which way to look first) you slam your index finger in the car door as you are leaving [big throbby finger]

So sore it made me fight tears in the street with everyone looking

How are your jeans? It is London Fashion week........

Shabs, you are way too quiet. I am worried.

shabster · 24/02/2009 17:44

Frumpster nay worries Hen - just feeling a bit odd - but not that much more odd than normal xx

Hi Ladies
Hoochiemamma Have lovely time in Paris

I am now doing the countdown to 16th March for my Nuchal Fold scan. I booked it myself so I could get it for free but the midwives are not best pleased with me as I also booked to have a C-Section at the same hospital and it's not in my area. What can I say the hospital is less likely to give me a superbug than the ones I could go to in my area, plus I had the last 2 there.(Children)

Shabster hope you feel better soon.

frumpygrumpy · 24/02/2009 19:48

Neddie you are a pregnant woman with double hormones...............they should stand still, listen attentively and agree IMHO

Shabs, I knew it. Good on you girl. R E S P E C T

Mars I'm free tomorrow

Momma Not fair Have a great time.

I've been down with the horrid bug. Felt awful at my exam on sat, then spent Sunday on the toilet sleeping. Woke up still suffering on Monday to find myself alone with the dcs and the house a pigsty. Still not caught up with everything and have my old best friend coming to stay for the weekend with her dh and two dcs. Will be interesting to see if we still have anything in common after 10 years.

I've only briefly met her dh and he made a disparaging remark to her in front of dh and I, so will hopefully see him in a better light.

MERLYPUSS · 24/02/2009 21:02

Vey quiet here recently eh?
Tonight I ate a box of biscuits for dinner. My diet is attrocious. (I also had pancakes and DTs had theirs with jam. Thomas licked the jam off and scrunched the pancake up). Oh and ........drumroll........ HE IS WALKING. Isaac has equalled this feat of cleverness by sprouting another 2 toofs. Perhaps that's why his earoles were dodgy the other week? I wish I could swan off to Paris for lunch (do they do biscuits there ? [grin})

shabster · 24/02/2009 21:40

Why are you feeling odd today Shabs? Mind you I feel odd every day these days, it helps! Kings phoned this afternoon with Harrys blood and ct scan result and both are ok, hooray! The liver hasnt fully regenerated yet, they think it is because the extra fluid he carried caused infection which has slowed things down. Prof Rela though is happy so we don`t go back up there until June. Next appt is the 12th March to see the oncologist to re-start the next 3 months of chemo! Just want to get me sorted too, then hopefully we can start putting some of this behind us, after 13 months of hell we need a holiday! Mind you with the state of the euro, the lower dollar, our nil savings, the cost now of travel ins for Harry, it looks like being a holiday in Blighty!

shabster · 24/02/2009 21:55

Great news about H Trips....so wonderful.

Its because I am in the family way. If this boy is over 6ft tall its Nikos' and if its covered in tattoo's its Robbies. I knew Frumpster would guess xx
