Wouldn't get you an outside toilet round here, but most of london is like that

colditz · 24/06/2005 18:37

huh. I'd kill for burnt out cars for scenery for £70k round here, but no chance here in my part of Leicestershire.

Willow2 · 24/06/2005 18:39

Possibly a garage?

CountessDracula · 24/06/2005 18:52

yes about that I should think (I live down the road from Willow)

CountessDracula · 24/06/2005 18:54

OH NO NEARLY 2 GARAGES look!!!

CountessDracula · 24/06/2005 18:54

starshaker · 24/06/2005 18:55

im in the west of scotland

Nightynight · 24/06/2005 19:03

you could just about get a burnt out car for that in Slough .

Twiglett · 24/06/2005 19:05

have you thought about housing associations where you buy a part-share and rent the rest?

CountessDracula · 24/06/2005 19:06

why do you ask essbee?

assumedname · 24/06/2005 19:06

There is one house in my local paper that you could buy - 69,950 - but it looks like it needs a lot of work and it's not in the most desirable area in town.

Apart from that, nada.

Distel · 24/06/2005 19:09

Doubt you could even buy a garage for that in Bath.

charleepeters · 24/06/2005 19:09

nout down here im afraid - outskirts of West Sussex/Hampshire

CountessDracula · 24/06/2005 19:11

essbee just seen your other thread -

Now, how about these shared ownership ones They are in Surrey and you could get a 3 bed house for around that price

CountessDracula · 24/06/2005 19:13

More info on shared ownership
