Shared ownership is about as rare as a unicorn up this way. And even those go for £70,000+.

You'd definately get something in Stoke-on-Trent for £70k, probably only a 2 bed terrace mind but nowhere too bad.

You could get an ex council 3 bed semi but most of the ones I have seen advertised I wouldn't recomend the areas.

Loads of shared ownership new houses being built near us in Manchester. My sis has just bought one as she can't afford to buy the whole thing yet.
