I love it when this happens. It must be even better to be Agent Million (or Agent William 😀) when you arrive at someone's door in these circumstances.
Thanks for the Telegraph link and archived article @JayAlfredPrufrock & @Madcats. I thought it was strange to highlight the cost of the personal visits too. Surely it's all part of the Agent Million role that you stay in a reasonably priced hotel and drive a modest car? I'd have thought it was quite important to check the potential winners' ID as well.
