I've just been looking at my returns.

I've got 27k and have had £525 winning in the past 12 months. I calculate that at less than 2% return. I'm so disappointed.

I'm hopeful it's my turn for Agent William's visit I've had a run of (non money related) bad luck this month, so bad and constant it was more like the plot of a comedy film obviously at the end of the movie there's always a happy ending so I figure AW visiting must be it

We had a survey done for our home report as we're hoping to go back on the market and the surveyor found it. Been quoted about £800 to treat the woodwork in the entire loft and it comes with a 30 year guarantee.
