New thread for when old one is full and for October - exciting time as lots more prizes for October - less £25 ones but many more £50

Friday 30th is last working day of the month so maybe one of us will get THAT VISIT - saying won a million - blondes faints

wouldn’t it be lovely if we all won something even £50 in October

Nothing for me in the big winners list (although I did actually have to check my bond numbers to be sure, because one of the prizes had the right county/total holdings and bond amount/purchase date).

Just checked the long downloadable list, nothing for me there. However, I did see that someone in my city with a holding of £15 dating back to 1963 has won £1000. How lovely for them. might just about cover the increase in their utility bill if they're lucky.

I also got a 'quite close' like that, but the holding was out by a couple of hundred pounds. I think I'm going to keep my total holding an odd amount like £x8525 to avoid unnecessary excitement like that.

A few in my city listed on the big winners list but not with my holding so I guess it's not my month.

The largest amount I've won is £5k, notified by secure message but I was checking back yesterday and I've won 11 x £25 this year on £30k so pretty happy with that.

Depending on how interest rates go DH and I may take money out of our premium bonds to pay a chunk off our mortgage.

One day to go here. Most I've won is £100, always dreaming about Agent Million knocking on our door. Don't know or know of any big winners, it's all very secretive isn't it, lottery winners get splashed all over the papers.

I have an unusual amount so look for my area then amount

a few have won on very little tho obv tons have £50k

one had £250 brought late last year and won £1000

I think so - if you look at the link I put it seems to suggest everything over £5k is notified beforehand

For the first time since I started checking the big-winner list - more than 4 years - there isn’t a single winner in my home city. Usually there are five-ish a month. Hopefully lots of people getting multiple smaller wins.
