Yes it’s the 71st thread focused on exposing the lies of MLMs and the deceptions practiced by so/called ‘leaders’ who recruit recruit recruit!
You will only lose money if you join their ‘team’ - don’t do it!

Yawn’s diet tip in her stories is - for weight loss eat more salad than chips.
🤣 Would have never worked that out myself!

Traceyfudge77 · 03/07/2022 08:49

Yawn is the Alan Partridge of the MLM world.

YouOKHun · 03/07/2022 11:59

The sun is shining in Scamming-by-the-sea says Uber, and it just so happens her holiday home is lying empty if there are any takers? There are likes from followers but nowt else because there are no paid holidays for her audience of victims and they have no chance of generating the money to pay for the parking let alone the rent. Anyone else in the outside world takes one look at the price, restrictions and inconvenience of White Elephant Cottage and dismisses it I imagine. The “business acumen” of a top MLM leader doesn’t transfer well to the real world does it?

Angrymum22 · 03/07/2022 12:22

Wonder what “unnecessary noise” Yawn is referring to?😉

Garliccoriander · 03/07/2022 14:02

Has Uber had parents permission to show these photos to complete strangers?

That will be the noise Yawn’s corsets make every time she attempts to move. How she manages to breathe wearing one of those is beyond me. At least she can take it off when she’s finished taking selfies of her weight loss.

Quite @Garliccoriander. My children are late teens/early twenties now but even when they were quite small and most of us were less aware about the consequences of online oversharing, it was never the done thing to put up photos of other people’s children on such an open page. Exploit your own children for clicks and likes at your peril but leave others out of it Uber.

Or possibly the noise of weeping from her downlines as all her promises to them turn out to be a load of bollocks and they watch the last of their money trickle away as it is used to keep Yawn in whale bone corsetry and gel nails 😟

Sorry I couldn’t resist. For anyone who has joined the VIP group you will understand. For the rest of you it does look like F is shafting C 🤣🤣🤣🤣

It's still there and has come up as a sponsored post on my FB 😂

Angrymum22 · 03/07/2022 20:25

C&F are so clever at business and digital medium that they have switched off their email without setting up an out of office message. How very professional.
So that’s the first lesson on how to lose customers demonstrated.
They are no longer running a part time business that you can fit around the family. In the initial stages every minute needs to be focused on the business. You can’t delegate during launch week and expect your volunteer minion to man the phone all weekend.

YouOKHun · 03/07/2022 23:01

3.5 This program and the service offered by Us under these terms is designed for business owners. You agree to these terms in your capacity as a business owner and a trader, not as an individual consumer … As a business owner, you may have limited rights under the laws of your state or country and consumer rights do not apply

re this clause^. Just posted by someone on the VIP group saying she doesn’t have a business but is just looking for help and inspiration, followed by lots of sign ups saying they don’t have a business either. So they haven’t read the T&Cs.

Tempted to say “hi Huns, haven’t you read the T&Cs? you can’t join as an individual consumer because F&C are trying to swerve any consumer protection obligation to pay you back when you realise you’ve been scammed” but I don’t want to blow my cover and get slung out of the group.

Angrymum22 · 04/07/2022 12:31

Ok, hands up, who went through an initiation process when they started Uni.
I vaguely remember introduction, possibly induction, definitely matriculation, and there was a pub crawl or two. But never an initiation.

It’s almost like two young children playing school, making up the rules, wearing a mortar boards and what’s with the American high school sports jackets? No self respecting Uni student would be seen dead in one of those unless you were going to a High school the musical party.

Sadly most of these women will not have experienced further education. It is all very aspirational. Are they going to have graduations and, god forbid, an annual prom night.

BSintolerant · 04/07/2022 13:23

I fear there may be sashes, pink mortar boards and giant “degree” certificates.

Spongebobette · 04/07/2022 13:31

And WHOOPING 🙄

OP posts:
fromdownwest · 04/07/2022 13:37

It is all so dated.

The font, the wordings, the colour pallette, the overly photshopped pictures, the looking away from camera laughing poses.

How on earth they have duped over 600 people to sign up. Reading the comments, it looks like a lot of people are epxecting the course to actually provide them with a business idea.

Traceyfudge77 · 04/07/2022 13:37

Will the two FB groups be closed down tomorrow? They are of no use after the deadline. No doubt there will then be a private group, open to the paid up suckers only with an early warning system manned by the stooges to see off any dissension in the ranks.

spanfan · 04/07/2022 14:15

Yawn has sent an email to herself again. My bulls**tometer has exploded.

Selfless and caring apparently. But also thinks her sons foray into his own business is down to her.. 🤣🤣🤣

She's also insinuating she's a size 8 as she can fit in her daughters jumper. Never. She's too tall for a start. 🤣🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭

I'm surprised her pants aren't on fire with all these fibs

messybutfun · 04/07/2022 17:42

Does that mean any action for breach of contract is against the business and not the owner?

Angrymum22 · 04/07/2022 19:22

Probably but they have told their victims to ignore T&C. Perhaps having read a pp on this thread by the corporate lawyers wife they have decided to ditch that thread of income. That is strong arming the “students” into paying fees by threatening legal action.
The whole set up is disorganised and smacks of MLM. Once through the doors the set up may be to set up your own “university” peddling the knowledge having paid C&F a very expensive licence fee.
They have definitely invested in some stooges to whip up frenzy. Also strategically “overloading “ the funnel and email account so victims are desperate to sign up for fear of missing out. It’s all very calculated.

Norma27 · 04/07/2022 19:35

I think they are skating on very thin ice with their ts and cs. There are 2 reasons I wish I had continued with law after my law degree. One is to sue scammers like castle, fierce et al. As a tax consultant specialising in global mobility I will take special interest in their residency status.
on another note. Could yawn love taking her own filtered photos any more than she does 🤣🤣

Traceyfudge77 · 05/07/2022 06:46

This stuff in T&C about the contract being with the business is mega bullshit surely? Under English law a contract can only be between legal persons ~ defined as an individual human being or a limited liability entity. Most of these bit player bots will not have set up as limited companies, so the contract is with them as individuals.

Norma27 · 05/07/2022 08:11

Exactly. It’s a long time since I properly studied contract or company law but their t and c,s are not worth the paper they are written on. It takes someone to stand up to them though:

Traceyfudge77 · 05/07/2022 08:46

Me too @Norma27 . The Eight Essentials Of A Valid Contract were one of the first things we were taught and those T&C are light years away from those Eight Essentials!

There is some information online re Fierce’s previous scams. I am cynical about some of the horror stories on there from bots who have supposedly resorted to the courts who have subsequently judged the contracts valid and left the bots £££££££ in debt. I think they are planted, fake stories to discourage litigation.

dickiedavisthunderthighs · 05/07/2022 11:38

Yawn and BFF have definitely fallen out. No mutual interaction at all. What a shame, that leaves Yawn with precisely no friends whatsoever.

MVision · 05/07/2022 13:05

Fierce in her live this morning said people could cancel at anytime - just logging it here in case the Facebook page is closed and that is lost.
