My older son has Covid (other son had it mildly a couple of weeks back) and he's really suffering. He's had one jab but was due the second last weekend. He thinks he caught it when he took his half sister up to London last Saturday. He said his whole body aches, his head is pounding, it hurts to breathe and he can smell burning all the time.

I'm wishing all of that and more on both of them.

Thank you - he actually works with his Uni Covid research team specialising in mathematical modelling and creating an app for the NHS to use to so has access to NHS data which is why all these "hospitals are empty" twats made me want to punch things!

Having had Covid and also having flu in the past I can absolutely say they are not the same at all. Flu is crappy, no argument but Covid left me completely numb. I couldn’t feel my toes or fingertips, the inside of my head felt like it had been hollowed out with a spoon. I couldn’t smell or taste a single thing. Even two weeks later I had a whole day when it came back for absolutely no reason. My DH and I are still suffering with peeling skin on our feet and hands. How anyone can say it doesn’t exist is completely beyond me.

If Coco, Wig or sleaze end up being hospitalised (now wouldn't that be a shame), I will make a point of sending a message to the staff in their wards telling them they were only recently on demonstrations calling for NHS staff to face Nuremberg-style trials for crimes against humanity. That should slow down the arrival of the bed pan...

It sounds like hell - sorry you're still suffering. Looking at some of the "TRUTHERS" accounts on Instagram I think many of them have gone down with this "mystery virus that isn't Covid".

Mini Wig was posting a few months ago how she only allowing unvaccinated people near her (completely unvaccinated) children as vaccinated people would shed the virus that doesn't exist.
She really is thick as.

I really don’t like how Wig, Sleaze and Coco bring out the very worst in me. I’ve never wished anyone ill before, ever, but I don’t care if those three suffer terribly.

One good thing is that Sleaze is estranged from his son who has had a full heart transplant (after taking him to the pub as soon at they opened last year and boasting about not social distancing).

Wishing everyone who has had COVID recently a speedy recovery, with a few obvious and notable exceptions! I’d missed Sleaze was now estranged from his son, but pleased in this instance that he is.

Sleaze has mentioned it a couple of times. I got the impression it is because of the conspiracy theory stuff.

The comments on Sleazes post are worth a read. I don't wish ill on anybody but after suffering an acute kidney injury which left me on dialysis and in end stage renal failure following Covid (perfectly healthy 43 year old before - my Covid infection was pre vaccination roll out) I hope they now realise how much of a real thing Covid is.

Broke was pretty vocal about not putting chemicals in his body and not having the vaccine as the CBDA would be all he needed, but even he's been vaccinated now.
