Morning all,

Thought I'd start a new thread for June as I couldn't see one that had been done yet. Ignore if I've cross posted!

Still having such major issues with Appen & Payoneer. I’ve been accepted for a task on Appen but they wanted me to link Payoneer. It’s now been sitting in the verification centre (everything is approved except ‘line of work’ has been pending for nearly a week now?!)

Appen keep telling me they’ll close down my account if it’s not done in 7 days, which is tomorrow.

Spoke to Payoneer last night who said it’ll be expedited within 24 hours... 24 hours later and they’ve said another 24 hours.

What a rubbish start Sad

@Ohpulltheotherone did you managed to get yours resolved?

@UsernameNotAvailableApparently I have had and been told the exact same thing by Payoneer, gutted because there's LOADS in my Appen I qualify for I'm resigned to the fact it likely won't be sorted and il have to start again Sad

Sho*ne was crap for me this month. One £2 fathers day card from a kid, one mug with a grotty slogan and the third was a skip because it was furniture that had to be collected, no delivery. Disappointing!

Argh, project R*v is so frustrating. Managed to get 6 hours done yesterday when work came back. Was hoping for the same today and the work is gone again. So daft stipulating we’ve to do 20 hours when the work doesn’t even last a day each week. Hmm I’ve done my 20 on SD for the week too, so feeling a bit lost as I don’t usually hit Rev hard til later in the week when the good files have piled up.

@namechangerforthisconfessionn it’s the name of a project on App*n. We’re not allowed to name the actual projects, so that’s why the stars are there. It’s a project where you have to buy things and then you get reimbursed for them. Quite a few people will be talking about it at the moment as this month’s round has started.

I managed just under 3 hours yesterday but the children were playing up so was hoping to really plough through some hours today.

@swiftt some work is better than none I guess! I'll keep an eye out around the same time today. Their work week starts on a Saturday so I've notched up 8hrs so far this week.

@UsernameNotAvailableApparently I had loads of problems getting verified on Payoneer, tooks me months, but my Appen pay still went into Payoneer but just sat pending for several months. I never had Appen say it would shut my account in 7 days. I did eventually get verified and got all my money into my bank.
Have you put Appen as your line of work, I am sure you have. Hope you get it sorted as its frustrating

First time on Am*r this month and had to skip 4 out of 6!

Two with broken links
One required registered co. details to sign-up
One with nothing under the spend limit

Not sure it was worth it as the only returnable thing I bought, I'm not sure I will send back because it's a small business and I feel bad Blush

Now I just have to cross my fingers that I've done the reimbursement form right!

Sorry to double post but can any Am*r veterans advise whether the payment (not reimbursement) is invoiced automatically? Or do I need to add manually before I submit at the end of the month?

@Winterjoy it goes in automatically. You get your project fee first then then the reimbursements as a bonus a few days later.

Thanks @swiftt that explains why I can't find it, Iv followed these threads for a while and finally decided to jump in and get on and now getting a little obsessed with joining everything Grin

Appen have kindly emailed me a phone number for them but as soon as I put in my customer number, it states that they aren’t accepting calls from new applicants with inactive applications and hangs up. I’ve also had the Appen email telling me that my account will be deleted in 7 days if I don’t sort it. I’ve no idea what to do.

Hi. Do you mean Payoneer has to activate your account from their end or is it that you have to activate it by adding your ID? I'm sure you have added it but i am just checking.

Ahh sorry, I didn't realise you can still find your job ID afterwards on A**R. I had never seen it in the review section before. Blush That's good to know because I'm always stressing about forgetting to make a note of it.

I’m not sure. I’ve just had daily emails from Appen saying that my Payoneer account still isn’t up and running (inactive) and I need to sort it. I haven’t been asked for any ID. When I’ve emailed Payoneer, I just get an automated reply to say that I should look in the verification centre and it will tell me what is required but this is empty and on the app, says ‘all good’. I’ve been back to Appen and they say my account is just showing as inactive and I should call Payoneer to sort it but they won’t take a call from anyone with an inactive account. I don’t seem to be able to speak to a human who can actually check where I’m at with it and if anything is needed. I’d happily send in ID just in case but it says I can only send items in by replying to a message in the verification centre, which I don’t have. It seems like such hard work and sooooo frustrating. Not sure what else I can do.

Okay, you cannot do it on your phone (is this what you mean when you say on the app?) What does the message say that you have to reply to? Then maybe when you answer the message you may then have to add your ID. You can always PM me if you want.

@Rgy3250999 The number I called Payoneer on (Aapen gave me in an email) is +44-203-608-0610 they said it would be sorted in 2-4 days it's not sorted yet but might be worth a try calling them?
