I am really feeling like not doing this exam. Its just too much and really not sinking in.

It is a lot. I'm very sad that I studied and it looks like I failed

How is everyone doing on Ap so far? Started off well and now completely tailed off. Fb surveys dropped in frequency Nn once every two weeks now instead of twice a week is a big drop. Transcription has no work. P**y looking promising but no work yet.

My heart isn't in it for doing the LB exam. I am plodding through the guidelines but not really taking it all in. Have done some sample questions but not doing terribly well at those. It's the Easter holidays. Have the kids at home and just been ignoring them but difficult to work the volume that is required to pass.
@PandemicPalava, Appen is quiet at the moment . I also have the surveys. Didn't realuze the frequency had reduced. Also have B@ne if we ever get any work on it. Also had first round of A@ur but don't think I'll get rich from that! I would love something for 20 hours a week, even 1 hour a day. LB just seems unachievable for me unfortunately.

It’s taken me about an hour to do 3 questions for the map exam. Don’t really know why I’m putting so much effort into it as even if I pass I’ll be making hardly anything at that rate! Must be a pride thing and to not put all those reading hours to waste.

Ap* has gone quiet for me. Last week had a flurry of congratulation emails but either the projects haven’t started or I’m waiting to hear if I’ve passed the qualification exams. Probably a blessing in disguise though as means can concentrate on LB.

Didn't realise the twice a week FB survey had dropped to once a week - thanks for the heads up or I would have wasted time doing it again on Wednesday!

That is disappointing. Its all I have from A**n despite being signed up since Jan. I have lots of projects applied for but have not got on to any of them yet. The FB one was a low but steady income.

Amur people, how long do they take from submitting reviews to approving them? And how do you know?
I’ve got two items I want to return but don’t want to get caught out if they need more info.

Oh that's a real shame about the surveys, I hadn't clocked that one yet. Appen becoming pointless then really.
Have to say I'm so impressed with WWW so far, well worth having a go if they are recruiting again. It's quite brain taxing to begin with but I don't think it's as bad as the LB exams you guys have been talking about!

Also not noticed N* surveys. Such a shame as a nice easy one.

@Redcrayons you don't seem to get any feedback on Am**. The piece rates usually get put in invoices about the 25th of the month, if that helps at all. I tend to take plenty of photos and then return/dispose a week or so after completing the survey.

I have been so busy I totally forgot about my A*r purchases. I guess I will be kicked out of the project. With the kids at home, I just couldn't get to do any work, reason there's no I can concentrate on this LB exam

The annoying thing about the surveys is that the email invitations still have the same frequency advertised. This means that they will be getting results from our completions but have made an announcement that they won't pay us on the project page which a lot of people don't frequent often.

I have sent an email saying I expect payment for the extra ones I have done as the email invitation invited me to complete the survey twice a week.

Just watched the LB pre-exam webinar. Have made a decision that I will take the exam . It comes tomorrow. However, I am not busting a gut and if I do abysmally it doesn't really matter. I have lost nothing apart from a week of my life! . I can't put my all into it anyway as have kids at home this week in any case.

I am still doing the appen surveys twice a week until they tell me otherwise as it still says to on email. They can send me an email if they don't want me to do it.

I would also like to send back some A*ur items but worried they will want more pictures or something. Do you think it's ok to return items now? One review left to do for one item that hasn't yet arrived. It was the most expensive at £80. Hope it comes, although the shop has terrible reviews!

April is turning out to be a pretty sh*t month lol.

Way w/ w*RDS is the best I can do to disguise and describe 😂. Transcription work, I'm just starting my proper training but all seems really positive so far!

Just checked the project page for the Appen FB surveys and it says it's we can only complete it once every other week!

I have literally just had an email to complete one of the FB surveys and it still says it can be done twice a week

Does anyone do Cloudworkers? I hadn’t realised the nature of it when I applied and have just an email explaining it a bit better. It seems easy but it’s only 5 cents (Euros) per sent message which feels like you’d have to put a lot of work in for little reward.
