All the links are mucked up from the last thread so I've copied and pasted an old list. Hope they are right and please ask if you want a direct link.

Just started on W_ri - did someone post a while ago about a quick way to open ten URLs in one go rather than clicking on them all individually??

ruralwanderer · 11/09/2020 10:51

@moremoneyplease, Ctrl or cmd and click.

WonderTweek · 11/09/2020 11:34

I finally got a task on K*. Got an email in the middle of the night and I hurried my son to nursery this morning so I can get on it. Haha. I was given a fairly tight deadline but I have no idea how long this task will take. Confused Let's see how I get on. I hope they show mercy to newbies because I am not very fast because I keep referring to the guidelines every two seconds to ensure I'm doing it right...

Buster27 · 11/09/2020 12:06

@ifuckarses mine has gone through ok, mine automatically goes from Payoneer to Paypal though

Fizbo · 11/09/2020 12:19

@ifuckarses I selected bank transfer from payoneer at 9 am and it has just arrived in my bank account

DownThePlath · 11/09/2020 12:24

Got selected to participate in project T on Appen today! Very excited as it seems more up my street. Still meant to be doing project F*, but haven't finished it yet as I find it far too boring BlushGrin

DownThePlath · 11/09/2020 12:25

Oops, that's T***

DownThePlath · 11/09/2020 12:26

Okay, it's not letting me put all the asterisks, but it begins with a T and is 6 letters 😂

dirtyfries · 11/09/2020 12:59

@DownThePlath I'm waiting to be added to the tool for T* too. I'm hoping it's sooner rather than later, it looks quite interesting compared to some!

MrsWombat · 11/09/2020 13:10

Welcome @Pinkypie86 . My favourite "jobs" are Crisp Thinking, uTest and Appen but they take a while to set up. Lots of posters are having success with Neevoo too. The best thing to start off with "pin money" whilst you're waiting for everything else is Clickworkers and Prolific. Feel free to ask any questions.

MrsWombat · 11/09/2020 13:15

@DownThePlath Congrats I was on that one for the full year. Check out the microphone on your phone keyboard so you can dictate your answers. Makes things a bit less tedious.

Up to 100 on W*i and starting to go doolally

margaritasbythesea · 11/09/2020 13:55

Me too Toofruity! Taking a break.

Could some kind person spell out the way to make the links open at once a bit more slowly please? Brain us addled and I don't understand Blush

tootyfruitypickle · 11/09/2020 13:59

I have a Mac and it doesn’t work for me !

Catatemyhomework · 11/09/2020 14:13

If you have PC / laptop it's ctrl and click.
If you have MAC it's cmd I believe.

Winterjoy · 11/09/2020 14:15

Hi everyone - have been lurking for a while so hope it's ok to join! I am working full-time but decided recently to try and top up my income to speed up paying off some debts.

This is what I have going on so far, any tips from seasoned £10-a-dayers warmly welcomed!

20cogs started this week

Signed-up to Prolific this week and completed a few surveys already! Very exciting seeing a little balance starting to build!

Registered with GoTranscript (not sure it's worth taking up though as the files I've sampled so far seem very poor quality).

Registered with Neevo and completed writing/listening tests - no jobs showing at the moment. Am checking back periodically but wonder whether jobs get picked-up fast and it would be better to keep the page open on my desktop?

Application to Lionbridge for a maps job - fingers crossed.

Passed Crisp test a few weeks ago and added to waiting list - not holding out much hope as it seems the wait can be epic, so in the back of my mind as a possible income stream but not banking on it.

Is it worth applying to Appen? I'm not sure what type of jobs they offer or if it would work around another full-time job?

And not work, but I check PickMyPostcode daily - started during lockdown and no wins yet but I have built up over £5 just by checking draws - slow going but it all counts! I have a referral link if anyone is interested in signing-up but not sure if it's ok to post links?

It seems like commitment is the key - to just keep going and eventually things will start to build-up?

Winterjoy · 11/09/2020 14:16

Ah just seen Pick My Postcode is in the OP - ignore the referral part

And sorry for the mammoth post - didn't realise it was so long!

margaritasbythesea · 11/09/2020 14:55

Thanks for your help. Perhaps it just doesnt work on my ancient PC.

MoreMoneyPlease · 11/09/2020 15:12

Thanks @ruralwanderer that's great!

MoreMoneyPlease · 11/09/2020 15:14

@DownThePlath T is the best! It's the only Appen job I do every day without fail (fingers crossed I've got 4 more months to go...)

Loopyteddy · 11/09/2020 15:39

I've been accepted onto T** as well I'm just waiting for the email about the tool we need to use. Does anyone know how long that takes? Also I haven't been told how long I will be in that project for, us if until work runs out or I kicked off? Thanks in advance!

MrsWombat · 11/09/2020 16:09

The big T on Appen lasts for a year unless you are rubbish so make the most of it and enjoy that £10 a day.

OP posts:
Azerothi · 11/09/2020 16:34

I've just been told my Big T Oops ends in a couple of days after a year. Sad times.

ruralwanderer · 11/09/2020 17:48

I've been waiting for access to the T tool since February 😒

WonderTweek · 11/09/2020 18:34

Ahh I wish I could do T. It sounds brilliant. Grin I just got an email offering me an opportunity to do some work in my other language on a long-ish term basis for a decent rate. I think I'm going to give it a go but there's quite a lot of unpaid training involved so I'll see how it goes. I'd love to use the language though!

Also enjoying K* because it's work and there seems to be lots of it. For now.
