It's a brand new month so have started a new thread.

I've had few emails from Neevo over the weekend offering work, however I still haven't received payment for tasks I did at the beginning of May so am giving them a wide berth. Anyone else?

I am in shock. I just got the email saying I passed the final Crisp exam and can now do work.

I was absolutely convinced I had failed it. I really did not think I had managed 60 items as I took too long on some deciding which category it fell in. Also wasn't convinced that I had 2 or less wrong.

I spent all yesterday evening telling myself that it wasn't the end of the world as, thankfully, we are not desperate for the money but just felt useless as not heard that anyone has failed it.

Now I am ridiculously happy. Just had to ring DH to tell him even though he is working.

I can't wait to start actual work but will need to try and speed up a bit I think

Congrats @ruralwanderer for getting some neevo money back for the aussie task! I emailed a week or two ago as I'm still about 700 short. Did you just chase them through their main email repeatedly or go through any other routes? I'm determined to get some of this.....!

Well done @lynsey91 - I think most of us felt like that after the test the speed will come as you get used to things.

I emailed their main link, every personal email address I had from previous correspondence, used the chat link on the site, Facebook (private message and open review) and left a negative review on trust pilot. Basically just chased through every avenue I could.

I also made the point to one of the people that emailed me back that their treatment of us is akin to then going into the office each day, working all day then at the end of the month getting paid less than half the money they were expecting and being told it was due to quality issues they had not previously been told about or given advice on how to resolve. Basically appealed to their human side too.

I'm still short $30 which I'm not willing to write off so am still chasing but as soon as I get the majority of that back I will be closing my account and focusing on Appen, Intellizoom and Click Worker.

Well done @lynsey91! I did the initial test yesterday and passed but I'm not expecting to hear back anytime soon. Fingers crossed though.

I'm so frustrated. I've seen like three different studies pop up on Prolific today but I've been too slow to click on them. Haha.

@WonderTweek I passed the initial test over a year ago! There seems to be no logic to how long people wait as some people got on almost straight away. Just pleased to have got on though

Do I've got a neevo job called noisy inscurance where they call you and you earn £3.25 per call is this a scam ??? Has anyone got these ?? It seems dodgy

It's not a scam, from what I understand, they use the calls to test artificial intelligence transcriptions of the calls.

They're a good earner, so long as Neevo actually pay you. I had to fight tooth and claw to get paid for the last telephone calls I did for them.

I am quite amused though that after quoting quality issues as a reason to not pay people, their email has the word "insurance" mis-spelled 😂

@shoehoard I've not worked for Neevo but I think a lot of tasks like this are for the AI market for IoT products like smart speakers so maybe for some sort of AI based call centre?

I passed A**s but am a little concerned about doing the time required when we don't have access until 6!

I got the email about A too 😁 it should be in by 5 tonight and we get 24 hours to so the 6 hours so I'll do a few hours tonight after putting the kids to bed and the rest tomorrow morning, as long as there is still work left 👍
