June earn £10 a day thread

It's a brand new month so have started a new thread.

I've had few emails from Neevo over the weekend offering work, however I still haven't received payment for tasks I did at the beginning of May so am giving them a wide berth. Anyone else?

The email made out like there was a huge backlog!

I was logged back in within four minutes of receiving the bug fixed email - no work available!

I'm really disappointed. I only got the new B link 10 minutes ago and now there's no tasks available. Also no link from B*r either! 🙁

I thought, this is great. Wet Friday night, I can do loads.

B@ne can knob off. I hate that they only release stuff at the weekend and there is never anything like the level of work there should be.

I’ve just seen the B* task link. Great idea to post U.K. task work at 9pm on a Friday night. Ffs. I thought there was supposed to be tons of work in June for This task.

@mrssnow82 thanks for starting this thread and for those posters who have posted links to the companies we can use to make some extra money.

I'm new, I've just signed up for Appen (that's was a bit long winded, but I think I've done in right).

I have a question though. If I can make some extra money a month, say a few hundred a month, what do I need to do in regards to paying tax on this income? I'm
On the UK and am an employee of a company (just looking to boost my income). Any advice would be great. Thanks!

Got my statement and it’s a bit higher than expected so I’m very pleased with that.

Potato land is crazy at the moment. Anyone else finding some of the content is rage inducing? Had to take a break yesterday because I’d read so much awful stuff. < hope I’ve been vague enough here>

@Redcrayons Yes i feel the same way. I set a timer and do 6 minutes at a time then take a break.

@Redcrayons me too. I do 45 min bursts. It really is getting to me. I've also had a wrist slap so I find I pay more attention if I don't do too long. (Im touching wood, in case there's another on the way).

Applied for projects on Appen and Lionbridge today so we'll see which one comes in first.

Its otherwise been quite quiet for me so far this month. I'm up to about 75 of my £300 target although part of this has been laziness on my part and also doesn't count anything that neevo might pay out.

Am I right in thinking that as long as they are completely different projects and for different companies then you can work both Appen and Lionbridge?

I applied for both and Lionbridge told me categorically I can't work for both no matter what the project. Other people have heard different things. In the end I failed my Lionbridge exam and Appen have kept me in loads of work. Apply to both and see which one comes up trumps :)

I've just had my C*workers application come through. Before I dig out the printer to complete the forms - would you recommend proceeding?

Pay is 0.05€ per message (I'm sure I've seen posts from people on 0.10€) which seems like a very very low hourly rate all things considered.

They're also asking for lots of personal information which seems a bit dodgy.
Is it worth the time?
