Hope you’re all well and have had a fantastic month of money making in April. And of course, welcome to anyone just joining us. I’ve finally managed to hopefully put together a more comprehensive list of absolutely everything I can think of to help people maximise their earnings in these uncertain times, some are referral links where me/the user earn some sort of reward, but you are under no obligation at all to use them. I just want to get this out of the way and say that please, I know times are really tough for so many people, and tensions are high, but please don’t take it out on others on this thread. I really want this to be a place of support, rather than people ripping into each other in frustration. People on here also aren’t being intentionally secretive or evasive about work they are doing, it’s simply a case of not wanting to risk breaching their NDA and losing income.

I'm just wondering if I've done anything wrong with Appen? I got offered a few hours on B**e about a week ago but since then I've had nothing

Keep seeing people having lots of hours with them and it's making me a bit paranoid!

@poohsticks13 there aren't any tasks on B*ne at the moment. If you keep an eye on the project page they update it weekly. At the moment for the UK it says more tasks coming soon.

I spoke too soon! An $8 Intellizoom survey and the Neevo phone calls have just come in - and they're great fun! :D I'm doing one more call today before I play with my kids some more but assuming all pay out, that'll be $18 today :D

I'm confused with Appen, I clicked onto the job and it's saying invalid contributor account. Sigh.

Has anyone had any new work through from Neevo since Friday or so? I had literally several a day for weeks and now suddenly nothing.

I do have more tasks suddenly on the Australian audio transcription thing though.

@rhij86 I hope that's not Oz* because I've spent months and several back and forth emails trying to sort out my access. Still not working!

@SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock sorry :( hopefully they load more overnight! There have been a few times in April where it ran out of tasks completely but then they loaded a massive batch, so fingers crossed...

Hope Oz* gets reloaded. It’s been 6k for the past few weeks and I’ve never seen more than 40 people working on it.

Got on my first Potato surge this evening and earned a whole pound.

I registered last week and it still shows this screen - no available jobs.

Is it supposed to be like that?

@ReturnofSaturn Is that the right Appen as it doesn’t look right? I think Appen Global was the other version that never had anything on. Try this one:

@ReturnofSaturn that looks more like what used to be called Figure8 which is now owned by Appen but it's not where the work is at the moment. Try the link above.

Also, be careful about sharing screenshots as it can be a breach of Appens NDA.

@MaxNormal I've had the email about the voice recordings today but I can't do them with the kids. I've done loads of tasks but not got much paid. Hoping its just slow coming through. I find that with neevo.

Potato was so slow today and I'm barely making a thing. And like everyone else I'm lamenting O...k not having data. It's a good project and I quite like the feedback they do. Had a few bad experiences with A when I get pulled from a project with no notice but really enjoying this one.

@seizethecuttlefish I got that through this evening as well so feeling a little less unloved. I can't do that one as my accent is a messed-up hybrid.
Is it just me or was the rate of pay offered bloody awful though?

I've had the same issues with the payment - I've had some, some was for full amoun of tasks done then not seen a penny for others or paid for just a fraction. I''m hoping it will all get caught up eventually.

@seizethecuttlefish I got the Neevo task and about 2 weeks ago I had a small task from isoftstone, only about 3 hours of work.

@MaxNormal the pay is the best I have seen from Neevo in ages. Sounds low but I managed 575 recordings in 2 hours. So about $16.62 an hour! Very happy with that.

I did a task that they dropped from 10 cents to 2. I thought, no thanks. I worked out I was earning about £3/hr. I think they're a bit cheeky on pay at the moment but I suspect it's like everything else, they have loads of people wanting to work.

I'm so jealous of iss work. They were always really nice, easy tasks. Last lot I had was December.
