Morning all! Starting a new thread as the last one is full.

OP posts:
toastytea · 27/04/2020 11:55

So I'm chasing some payment from neevo, it really is pennies but it's the principle. Currently getting no response. I've found their payment really odd lately. Actually quite annoyed at them!

I applied for the customer and agent task but not on it so I suppose I wasn't chosen.

Ticking over on appen! Not taking part in b* cos it's a joke but if everything else dried up, I probably would do it.

MoonlightMistletoe · 27/04/2020 11:59

Thank you for the help with 20cogs.

I have been doing other little surveys and managed to get a £5 amazon voucher it's a start!

I've just noticed a lot of these are beneficial if you have a second language, I only speak English so have no skills for talk overs and other things like that.

Is there anything else I could give a shot at?
I am really determined so I would appreciate it greatly.

MoreMoneyPlease · 27/04/2020 12:36

I'm also fed up with Neevo as they've rejected a whole batch of 200 tasks I did, despite not having any problems before and I'm sure at least 95% of them were absolutely fine. Completed tasks keep disappearing from my work history as well which makes it hard to keep track of what work I've done for them. Think they've now been relegated to my 'don't touch with a barge pole' list.

MoreMoneyPlease · 27/04/2020 12:43

And at least with Appen all the jobs have different names so you easily know which one you've worked on. I have to try to keep track of a string of letters and numbers on the Neevo jobs!

MoreMoneyPlease · 27/04/2020 12:44

My current favourites are Intellizoom and Prolific (not huge money but interesting). What's working well for you at the moment?

MoreMoneyPlease · 27/04/2020 12:46

(Excuse double post, WiFi doing its own thing here!)

SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock · 27/04/2020 12:51

freetrade.io/freeshare/?code=YEQT65JZ79&sender=ORAIoMWK Invest in stocks and ETFs commission-free. Sign up here with your email and get a free share worth up to £200 to get started.

Please only use if you will top up with £1 as I have lost every link i've posted, all 6 of them :-(

tinyradish · 27/04/2020 13:08

Oh no, that's a shame to hear about Neevo. I've just done 100 tasks while the baby naps so will see what happens...

Catatemyhomework · 27/04/2020 13:25

@toastytea, I haven't heard back from Neevo RE customer and agent work either. I've assumed that they haven't started yet maybe.

Kaylsar · 27/04/2020 13:42

Just a heads up Neevo are doing chech transcriptions are right or wrong with no correcting needed now at 0.05 which takes a few seconds

toastytea · 27/04/2020 14:46

@Kaylsar yeah I've seen this. How many are you doing an hour? I'm just not sure I trust them!

curdsandwhey · 27/04/2020 14:58

@MoonlightMistletoe If I could recommend one thing to everyone, it's to join Prolific. The surveys don't happen that often, but when they do they are well paid, and usually quite interesting as they're academic research surveys. Many people on here are making amounts like £15-20 per month.

I'm still really disappointed with Intellizoom. Ever since I got my test accepted to take part in the higher paying surveys, I've been screened out of every single one so I haven't managed to do any.

Kaylsar · 27/04/2020 15:00

@toastytea I don’t trust them yet but have managed to do 200 in an hour so that’s £10 but will update here if they don’t accept them

Kaylsar · 27/04/2020 15:04

@curdsandwhey I definitely recommend Prolific too and have the same issue with Intellizoom. I’ve screened out with all of them. At least with Prolific payment is guaranteed.

ohmygiddiest · 27/04/2020 15:43

I have a new freetrade link, if you need one and will deposit £1, so that we both get a free share send me a private message and I will send you the link.

lannister · 27/04/2020 16:07

For those new to the potatoe family, how soon did you receive the login details to the site that allows you to check your earnings?

dirtyfries · 27/04/2020 17:16

Another endorsement for Prolific,
Just hit £100 after signing up 5 months ago.
That includes a 3 week Christmas break and 2 week holiday so averaging about £25 a month when I'm fully 'working'

It all adds up!

ruralwanderer · 27/04/2020 17:35

Intellizoom were amazing for me last month but pretty much all of April I've been screened out of everything I've been invited to do Confused

Finally got accepted onto a Utest project, found a great bug then the client changed the brief and my bug was no longer relevant so I lost interest after that.

curdsandwhey · 27/04/2020 17:37

The other thing with Prolific is that a lot of it is so interesting! Most of the surveys are from psychology and sociology researchers, so some of the questions have really made me stop and think.

DarkPassenger · 27/04/2020 17:49

@SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock - I'm sorry I may have just wasted your Freetrade referral. I didn't know it had to be done through a phone app so started to do it on my laptop. Obviously can't download the app there.

Does anyone know if the app works on iPhone5? Many don't Sad

Kaylsar · 27/04/2020 17:58

Has anyone got their invoice for B+n*
I did two hours but its worked them out less than an hour Confused

527040minutes · 27/04/2020 18:17

Same here @Kaylsar mine says 5 minutes, I've done over 2 hours. It only seems to have one session worth marked. Hoping it'll be going on in bits but nervous after last month!

DarkPassenger · 27/04/2020 18:22

Well I received an email from Freetrade that came through on my phone and it turns out I can download the app but now I'm stuck on the top up page with nothing happening Confused

I select to top up from bank account, it gives me a page of reference numbers, then I click done and it takes me back to the top up page. Nowhere is there a field to enter an amount or confirm a transfer.

unicornpoopoop · 27/04/2020 18:33

How often do you get invoices for bane? I only started on the 20th. Does that mean I won't get an invoice until next month?

Frenchdoors1 · 27/04/2020 18:36

I've had loafs from Prolific today... 25p ones, 10p ones, now and again I'll get one for a bit more but you do have to be quick and it's purely based on demographics, I've never made £20 a month
