@gachabread thank you so much that would be brilliant

TheMamaYo · 31/01/2020 08:24

@MoreMoneyPlease thank you for the empathy. It is as you say, one day up, one day down! Now suddenly standing at over a £100 for the week!

@themoneyshed I am a bit dopey, worried I'll make a mistake! Also, haven't gotten as far as how to prevent your account being closed down. Big learning curve!

GachaBread · 31/01/2020 08:31

@LMW1990 you need a covering letter and CV sent to [email protected] for the sky bingo chat moderators or for Mecca bingo it is [email protected].

BlackCatFan · 31/01/2020 09:52

@LMW1990 you could also try the Chat Shop who offer that sort of work. The only issue is you need a dual screen computer set up and I don't have the space 😔

rhij86 · 31/01/2020 10:12

@toastytea sorry for the delay in getting back! I haven't started the test yet though have had everything through. Need to make a start on it this evening.

It asks you if you've worked for Appen in the initial application for a specific role so I described the type of work I'd done for them... seems to be ok so far as they've since sent me the test logins etc?

Fingers crossed for you!

themoneyshed · 31/01/2020 10:15

@TheMamaYo

To avoid your account getting cut out of bonuses (they don't get closed, they just make it so you can't have any more bonuses) you need to do mug betting around the offers so that you look like a regular punter and aren't just taking endless offers all the time ;)

Bemystarlord · 31/01/2020 10:17

Still not received a payment from LionB in my work market, is anyone else still waiting?

toastytea · 31/01/2020 11:02

@rhiji86 well good luck!!

BamboozledandBefuddled · 31/01/2020 11:21

Just done some adding up and I've made about £130 this month. As I didn't start any of this until about the 10th, and I've had a poorly mum to look after for the last two weeks, I'm quite pleased with that Smile I'm only doing this to bring some extra pocket money in now that DH doesn't do overtime, so hopefully I can keep this up!

ZetaPuppis · 31/01/2020 11:58

Who else is doing the map analyst exam? I’ve just got my info through for that. Haven’t looked at it yet. Sounds scary.

ZetaPuppis · 31/01/2020 11:59

Well done @BamboozledandBefuddled. That’s a good start.

lilmishap · 31/01/2020 12:06

@Bemystarlord theyve told me to expect it by end of today just got a reply to ticket.

Bemystarlord · 31/01/2020 12:11

Thanks @lilmishsp thats good to know.

lilmishap · 31/01/2020 12:35

Mines just gone in, that's such a relief after Appen! @Bemystarlord

toastytea · 31/01/2020 12:46

@ZetaPuppis I'm thinking of applying to the 3 on LB and seeing if I get anywhere. I've heard a lot about apps being rejected for no apparent reason. Are you definitely guaranteed the job if you pass the test?

Bemystarlord · 31/01/2020 13:17

@lilmishap mine too - phew!! Just got to wait for it to go into bank now :)

ifuckarses · 31/01/2020 13:40

Just wondering how the Lionbridge SME payments work? Does it go on to Work Market and then I withdraw to PayPal? I know it should be paid today but what sort of time? Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

BertieBotts · 31/01/2020 14:00

I've made €79.88 this month which I'm really chuffed with :) Hopefully next month will be even better!

BertieBotts · 31/01/2020 14:01

Do you reckon all the UK stocks are going to crash tonight? I think I'm going to hang onto mine in the hopes that if they do crash they come back up again, but maybe I'll live to regret it D: I could potentially sell my Ocado shares for €30 today apparently.

dogvscat · 31/01/2020 14:05

Hi, is anyone currently working with Cloudworkers? I got accepted beginning of December but forgot all about it as got busy but I'm hoping they will still take me now. Just wondered people's experiences of it and how much they've earned of it?

GachaBread · 31/01/2020 14:19

@dogvscat all it is adult chat, each message you send is 0.10 euros and traffic is plentiful. You are paid monthly and you are required to do at least 12 hours a week. You can do more if you like too. All up to you.

MoreMoneyPlease · 31/01/2020 14:22

I just signed up for my Curve card using the link from @themoneyshed (thank you!) which then got me thinking. Do we have to include referral bonuses etc when we do a tax return? Are they counted as earnings?

SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock · 31/01/2020 14:27

Not had a great week, lots going on!

However i have passed the qualification for UHRS on clickworker and have got £10 of amazon vouchers on Swagbucks so it's on the up!

I'm worried my best Appen project will end soon as i started in Feb last year (fingers crossed i get another 6 months or a new project).

MoreMoneyPlease · 31/01/2020 14:31

@SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock good luck for a new Appen project, I'm very pleased to have one that says it could last for a year (even if it's a small one!)

Can I ask what UHRS is? It's not on my clickworker page. Is it something you get emailed about?

SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock · 31/01/2020 14:33

@MoreMoneyPlease its' under the assessments tab on clickworker. I'd been on there a while before the option appeared. It give you access to more jobs although i haven't really looked at them yet.
