Bot-watching into 2020. Hoping it's a good year for all (and the end of MLMs - Hey, a girl can dream!)

I don't even know her personally. She advertised it on a local selling page and I messaged her saying ooh, that's a good discount, can I ask where you came by so much stock, just making sure it's not stolen. She said, yeah I used to do body shop then gave it up but my friends who are still botting end up with too much stock so I sell it on for them. This same seller had a similar amount for sale 2 weeks ago.

spanfan · 12/01/2020 22:14

Not sure large events full of potential infections is the best place to someone who had chemo 4 days prior.

Admirable that she felt well enough to go ,but can't help feeling it was to help her sister out.

willdoitinaminute · 13/01/2020 12:22

Laughing at Yawns Welly post. In Worcestershire your wellies define you. No way would you be seen dead in Hunters especially cut offs. 😆

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 13/01/2020 12:35

I thought she had some of those Dubarry type outdoor boots Confused

Maybe they were cheap imitations (hence not waterproof and rugged) so that she just looked the part.

Or maybe she's so image conscious that she doesn't want to get them muddy! Just like the Range Rover

Such a fake pretender. All the gear, no idea!

JackDelaney · 13/01/2020 12:41

Disclaimer on a Valentus rep's post...

*Income varies + dependent on efforts ...results are from professional training, positive mindset and consistent hard work

So yeah. You'll definitely be successful in this money hole of a company if you get the right MLM training, have a positive mindset and you work really hard....

Tell that to the thousands of people who quit Valentus after doing everything they were told to, worked their arses off, but still lost hundreds and sometimes thousands before they escaped.

Jigsawpuzzle · 13/01/2020 12:49

Still no updates on Yawns sons driving and Uber’s sons trip.
One of my local bots was at the Warwick event ,one photo of everyone at tables and upstairs. So no real confirmation she was there.

Gotmychocolateimgood · 13/01/2020 13:43

Castle has just qualified according to Bruv.

Does the time when they qualify have any bearing on what size cheque they might receive? @Spongebobette?

Spongebobette · 13/01/2020 14:36

Gosh I don’t know, @DoraExplorer99 is our resident expert on these matters!

Norma27 · 13/01/2020 14:46

A teacher has posted on yawns's post stating she has resigned from teaching and will be full time forever from sept.
Yawn replied she will not recognise her life in one years time. Never a truer word spoken. When she is earning no money, loses her self confidence and her friends she definitely will be in a different place.

Spongebobette · 13/01/2020 14:54

Blimey, really?
Is it the one who has the first name the same as Yawn’s group?

Norma27 · 13/01/2020 15:35

It's not her sponge, but the original post by yawn is about her.

JackDelaney · 13/01/2020 15:40

I've noticed that she likes to make public announcements about her team that simulatenously stroke their egos and also commits them to working with her for extended periods of time, or just subtly announces their allegiance to the company on their behalf.

The ego stroking is a great way to increase compliance in the individual. The public "goal setting" makes it really hard for them to change their mind or give up because it's all been announced publicly,

"Karen has worked with me on a 6 month plan to be earning £2000 a month!" - "What a rock star she is! Well done Karen"

The positive responses from other teamies - "You're gonna smash this" etc etc. This adds to the pressure to follow through on the plans even if they don't come to fruition.

Get enough people setting goals. The longer time frame the better, all investing in FLP. Whether they're successful on an individual level that doesn't matter, she'll make bank.

Also that ego stroking on her other team member who is doing "mentoring"...

It's all just so disingenuous.

Bearing in mind how astronomically unlikely it is to earn the kinds of figures she's setting people in these goals, it's just setting everyone up for major disappointment.

These people get ego stroked for doing nothing and then end up crashing and burning. Then she rinses and repeats.

Just blatant manipulation.

Jigsawpuzzle · 13/01/2020 16:31

No way would someone give up the money and perks you can get being an International teacher. However the contracts are not permanent and usually 2 years fixed term. My DD has just signed up again, and with small classes she has lots of family time. I smell BS.

Gotmychocolateimgood · 13/01/2020 17:37

Oops sorry @Spongebobette

@DoraExplora99 do you know if the point at which a bot qualifies in the year is significant? As in, the earlier they qualify the bigger cheque they will get?

Thanks hun xx

Maydayredalert · 13/01/2020 18:11

@willdoitinaminute what wellies should you wear in Worcestershire then? Asking for a friend obvs Wink.

Giving up a well paid secure job is absolute madness. I am honestly agog at the trust these people have in yawn and their ilk.

willdoitinaminute · 13/01/2020 20:45

That would be telling and invoke the law of reaction. Don’t want the bots infiltrating my favourite country wear store.

Maydayredalert · 13/01/2020 21:05

Oh Sad I friend could do with a new pair. Pm me hun? Grin

CodenameVillanelle · 13/01/2020 22:28

Nurse is taking notes on how to make £400 a month from FLP
Aren't you making that already hun? 🤔

JaniceBattersby · 13/01/2020 23:56

Yes the cut off was deffo December 31. Starbucks bot qualified on the last day and there was a pic of her lying face down on the floor in her kitchen as she was so knackered.

Way to spend Christmas relaxing with your kids, eh! Confused

Maybe they extended it for Castle because of how awful it would look if she hadn’t have qualified.

Whiterangey · 14/01/2020 00:12

Castle will have qualified before the deadline, I'm guessing Bruv just decided to announce it today. I wonder if Castle will get a low cheque again and run off the stage faster than Usain Bolt like she did last year. That was the highlight of last years rally for me.

My guess is anyone who has given up their job for FLP was planning on stopping work for other reasons, likely children related.

Ladiva1971 · 14/01/2020 01:27

So can we assume that Yawn has not qualified? I haven't seen any announcement from her.

nakedavengeragain · 14/01/2020 06:04

Uber has put up a post about her top managers. In order:
Castle
Welsh
Lanza
Tax
Yawn BFF
Yawn

Nothing about qualifying for anything.

Spongebobette · 14/01/2020 07:24

I know I’ve mentioned exposing your child’s photo on open social media accounts before, and how it is inadvisable, but I’d like to add that it’s also not a good idea to put your child’s name on their clothes, or put a badge on them with their name on when out and about.
For a small child, complete strangers walking up to you and apparently knowing your name means you can trust them. This is a risk, even if mummy thinks it’s fine because she is with you.
