@justtheonethen

Thanks! That was really kind of you. I have referred @Otterses

justtheonethen · 12/09/2019 17:21

@Wolfff you are welcome. Can't be hogging them all can I Grin

justtheonethen · 12/09/2019 17:23

I survived my first shift on crisp!

TheLolaMontez · 12/09/2019 17:25

@Wolfff @justtheonethen can you refer someone who isn't yet signed up? I want to sign up but I'm not sure where? I've looked on their website but it says you have to be in the USA...

SNISR · 12/09/2019 17:31

For anyone who did the study for clear blue, did you have to store your pee pots in the fridge? I'm sure the lady on the phone told me to do this and I feel really uncomfortable storing my pee next to my food.

I am going to email the lady and excuse myself from the project if this is the case.

Please let me know. Thanks

whatthewhatthewhat · 12/09/2019 17:41

@justtheonethen

How was it? It the pay better?

Frenchdoors1 · 12/09/2019 17:54

@SNISR
Nooooooo. Don't dismiss yourself from it!!
On the instructions I received it said IF you do the sample and you can't get to the post office straight away then refrigerate it.
I did mine when I got up in the morning then took it to the post office within about 1 and half hours and I received my love to shop high street vouchers after a few days.

Wolfff · 12/09/2019 18:56

@TheLolaMontez

Yes they specifically want British accents for this job. You don't need to be registered. I referred my daughter, she is not registered on their website but they sent her an invite for example.

You need to have at least an iPhone 6 or higher for this job.

Wolfff · 12/09/2019 18:57

I can't say for certain they are still recruiting but worth a shot.

TheLolaMontez · 12/09/2019 19:19

I've sent you a message @Wolfff Smile

StudentHelp · 12/09/2019 20:04

Finally got a few more surveys on Prolific, even if they were only 50p-80p

Uponastarr · 12/09/2019 20:14

Can I be cheeky - I need more followers on Instagram to do the appen task - my ig id is cup.cakes.are.yummy

Or know any way of getting followers easily?

AHobbyaweek · 12/09/2019 20:30

@Uponastarr I actually used #followme and searched for a follow me circle and got 90 in about 20 minutes Grin

Today I have had a lot of luck with TryMyUI. They pay $10 for every test and they are about 20-30 minutes of you going through tasks on a website and speaking out loud your thoughts. You do a test one first and they grade you but it was graded within an hour and done 3 tests today.
I have had 10 invites today BUT they send them to all eligible and it is first come first serve so you have to be quick.
Might be a good one.

SNISR · 12/09/2019 20:33

@Frenchdoors1 I think they may have changed the project since you did it.

The lady that spoke to me asked me to collect samples daily from the beginning of my cycle until the next cycle and store them in the fridge until there are enough sample pots to fill the postal box they send. That's like 23 days of pee in my fridge 🤢😂

AHobbyaweek · 12/09/2019 20:37

Shamelessly leaving this gener8 link for someone, need one more and have enough points for a voucher! refer.gener8ads.com/r/5BoAMQ

Frenchdoors1 · 12/09/2019 21:04

@SNISR
Wow!! I see. Good grief that is a lot to store in the fridge! 😁 Eugh though, I know what you mean.
Actually, I've just had an idea. You could get a plastic storage box with a lid on, like a massive lunch box, and they would be in their own container then.

justtheonethen · 12/09/2019 21:26

@whatthewhatthewhat it was actually ok, I was ridiculously nervous I was going to fuck it up Grin
Pay isn't necessarily better but it's guaranteed- annoyingly today I could have made more in the usual queues but that's not usually true of that time of day.
I think it will help me though as it will be easier to meet target if it's quiet.

justtheonethen · 12/09/2019 21:28

@SNISR is it wrong this wouldn't bother me 🤣
Urine is sterile and it's in a pot so I wouldn't worry, but a box is a good idea.

whatthewhatthewhat · 12/09/2019 21:40

@justtheonethen well done! Yeah, I think I'd quite like it for guaranteed pay between 9-10:30 in the morning (free time I have but it's usually quiet). I'd be scared too, lol, I still mostly feel like I'm making mistakes! 🤣

whatthewhatthewhat · 12/09/2019 21:41

Anyone got a link for the wee thing?

SNISR · 12/09/2019 21:49

@Frenchdoors1 @justtheonethen
Imagine the kids rummaging around the fridge looking for treats and open the box with mums pee in! 😂

justtheonethen · 12/09/2019 21:51

@SNISR I would tuck my chocolate in the box and put them off 🤣

ChubRubTub · 13/09/2019 04:13

I'm out celebrating this weekend with my Appen money - all £7.30 of it! 😂

I can't find the post about someone who was going to reapply to Crisp. Did you do it with the same email address? I've been waiting since May and am thinking about applying again. Luckily I kept my answers, so can get 20/20 first time.

Sleephead1 · 13/09/2019 06:32

Have any of you used people for research ? I Was thinking of signing up but wasnt sure if it was any good it seems to offer lots of opportunities

WheelyCote · 13/09/2019 07:56

chub
I reapplied with a different email address to crisp.
