Nursebot's "day 4" video is tragic. Wondering why she's lost so many friends so quickly over her MLM activities.

I have faith that she will work it out while theres still a way to repair those friendships.

There's some very dodgy, bad science chat going on in Castle's fb diet group. Talk of cleansing with aloe gel which absorbs toxins from the body and makes you clean inside. Ugh. Another new recruit is asking if there's any way to make the drinking gel taste less revolting.

Nursebot's video was so sad. Her poor friends are probably desperately worried about her and hoping that if they continue to support her ;normal' posts on social media she won't banish them for ignoring her 'bot' posts.

I wonder whether her upline will encourage her to get rid of them? It is all part of the plan to isolate and brainwash that we have seen again and again.

That video reinforced exactly why I have been a supporter of these threads since their beginning.

Current bots who read these threads? Please understand that word is continuing to spread about this MLM cancer, you can never stop people speaking out about this revolting, exploitative business model that you are (desperately) promoting. There are so many victims now and they are starting to speak out, as as more speak out even more will be encouraged to add their experiences and momentum will grow faster and faster. Can't come soon enough.

I don’t feel sorry for nursebot. She’s decided whoever doesn’t want to talk about forever shite isn’t her friend. She can fuck off, she just wants to end up scamming as many people as Yawn.

I am so pleased that the BBC documentary on MLM's is actually getting a slot on BBC1.

This is exposure on a whole new level. I expect the top bots in these companies are already circling the wagons and telling their minions not to watch this as it will be full of lies, negativity and misinformation.

Feeling a bit of an idiot now as bbc3 isn't on my bt channels. Just went to record it and realised its online only. I'll be out at 10am this morning but back by 12pm. Can I watch straight away on I player?

I've got a friend who got caught up in several MLM schemes last year. This was her post easrlier.

It was a fat photo, she lost weight by drinking this crap alongside slimming world.

Of course all of her Revitalu friends started praising her and telling her how she was going to rock her business.

Is there anything I can link her to to make sense. I've got loads of sympathy for her, single mum working as a care assistant so trying to make a few quid. I'm wondering what backlash I will get for telling her on that post it is all a pile of shite.

Warning new mlm scam....i was approached (after dh got sucked in) by two lovely ladies at a stall last weekend during a festival (not the music type sadly) telling me how a pair of socks can change my life, how they improve balance relieve foot ache and back pain and will help cure my fibro...I told her we will have to wait til payday after I'd done the balance test to buy a £40 pair of socks...gave details (stupid) and left. Today i got a call from one of the lovely ladies telling me how they're having a meeting in birmingham and would i be able to get there? After explaining i wasnt well after the weekends excursions, she went on to tell me how a woman came in with her son who was pushing her in a wheelchair and after wearing the socks after an hour was practically running out... Probably ran when she realised it was an mlm. This goes live in september, its called voxxlife. And is an mlm in canada.
