Anyone want to start a new club with me?

Hi,
I'm new to MN, but I love to read. I'm an English teacher, and really like discovering new books that I wouldn't have found by myself. I'm expecting my second baby in February and am not looking forward to the prospect of being away from discussions about books for a whole year... a little sad I know.

Looking at the other threads on here, it looks like you all have lots of fun reading and sharing your thoughts on the books. However, since I can't seem to see any groups that are currently looking for new members I thought I would bite the bullet and start a new one!

Anyone interested, please let me know!

I'm aware that several of our members were due to give birth at about this time, so I'll send out some messages to see if I can get hold of anyone I haven't heard from yet.

I'm really pleased to see lots of book suggestions that I haven't read yet and am getting excited at the prospect of reading new things.
