Empty sac

Initially found at a private clinic sat and again today epu I have an empty sac no embryo inside. (6+6) Going back in a week to get re scan & my options anyone also going through this if you are maybe we can go through it together

Cramps are back, nausea ect it's so cruel this that your body still grows as if it's pregnant but the sac is empty I feel horrific right now

I've been googling all day too! It's so hard not to..

Oh no! How bad are they out of 10? I haven't had cramps today but can feel something around my pubic area on 1 side.
It feels like nerve pain, I do have sciatica around the left side so maybe it's linked to that..

My nausea isn't even strong, it's mild :/

I picked mine up from school - got back and back to researching to see if I can get any more info lol!

Out of 10 probably only 2 they aren't stopping me doing anything at the moment but I'm scared it's awful being in limbo I either want the pregnancy to progress (which it won't) or have my body back to normal 😭

Same! This is the worst part, isn't it - nor here nor there.
A whole week to go till the scan - atleast if at the next scan they don't see anything, I'll know for certain this will be a miscarraige. That's if nothing happens in between!

This week will drag for both of us!

Your cramps could just be growing pains?

I know it's literally the worst thing to go through. I think my sac measured 15mm so that was keeping with my date I suppose so I doubt anything will be going in there because wouldn't it already be in there? Did they say how many mm your sac was?🤔

My hgc was 40,000 although I didn't get another one done they left it at that iv no idea what that means though (I was 6-61/2 weeks at the weekend)

That's really good - mine was 32100 yesterday!

I didn't ask her how much my sac measured but it was around 12mm approx (I think) - from a 2 second glance of the report the doc was holding.

This will be interesting - the outcomes for both of us!

I haven't had any cramps etc this afternoon and feel fine. My nausea has ramped up a bit now where I almost feel like I'm about to be sick - I think that's linked to the hcg rising rather than the development of the sac etc.

How are you feeling?

Slight steady cramps still 2 out of 10, nausea sore boobs hungry just cooked 2 crumpets

I was thinking it could just be the body thinking it's pregnant but then on 2nd thoughts at this point I've no idea what my body wants anymore lol

I know, I'm glad too - someone who knows exactly what I'm going through physically and emotionally in real time and vice versa! I haven't told any friends/family either, have you?

Love crumpets hah! I'm going to make myself a cup of warm milk and have some maltesers :-)

Oh yeah I know exactly how you feel it's awful this complete limbo just a waiting game checking every time I go loo incase it's all over and iv no idea what my body's doing either. I just feel pregnant but don't feel like I deserve to based on my last ultrasound

Yes I only told a few close people but then iv had to tell each one all about my current issues so actually wish I'd just kept it to myself like you. See what tomorrow brings

Well, after my previous experience - I learnt to not say anything for this same reason! Lol I ended up having to fill them in till the very end! My manager at work does know and won't tell anyone - I ended up telling her when I had my 1st scan! Just incase, I ended up bleeding whilst in office! That scares me the most!

I thought I was weird checking everytime I went loo - you do too hah! Every toilet visit is frightening at min!
Omg same! I feel so pregnant but the ultrasound just doesn't match up to how we feel! Aahhh!! If only there was a fast forward button eh!

How are you this morning?

I feel a bit heavy and crampy not feeling hopeful iv had paracetamol probably a 3/10 pain

I woke up around 5.30 with like a dull ache - almost like period pain in my lower stomach. 3/10 and stayed till around 7.

I'm not feeling hopeful either - broken sleep, period like pain first thing in morning, weathers crap - such a depressing day!

How are you now? Have you got any preg symptoms? Mine usually kick in during the afternoon.

I'm so confused because i actually think the cramps this morning were bowel related because it eased as soon as I'd been the loo

I feel ok now. My pregnancy symptoms are still there. It's later in day nausea hits although it's only very mild. Just wish it was all over I can't think about anything else. I can't believe your at same stage pain level! We will be saying 9/10 soon 😭

I thought the same - the cramps were bowel related! They are for me!! :/ I thought what if I've got a upset tummy but then I haven't ate anything to give me that! On top - you're on same boat so now I'm confused as ever!

And same!! No matter what I do - I soon go back to trying to dig any other info I can on the internet!
Crazy we're at exact same stage and you're only a week behind me with dates so pretty much at the same stage with everything.

I've got a dull ache again 2/10 but it's just THERE.. :/

@bluebutterfly8 it's just awful isn't it I just can't stop crying today it's totally awful this hormones are so bad at the moment my stomach just doesn't feel like my own lost my appetite too not interested in tv all I want to do is curl up on couch with a blanket on

Are you of work today, I'm wfh but on my own so it's not too bad.

I've lost my appetite too - I just feel down and helpless.

I just made a cup of tea - that makes me feel better!

Yeah I'm off work ah thank you I'm glad I found you on here! I'll cheer up soon nothing I can do I guess it comes in waves it's an emotional time 😢

I've got this weird pressure feeling in my pubic area which just went towards my back and lower stomach - this could be pelvic girdle pain according to google or a pending MS I think.

I feel like I'm not going to make it to the next scan! I'm all negative and deflated today! Hah!

Oh god well if it makes you feel any better I doubt I'll make it to my appointment either. Iv never had a miscarriage so iv nothing to go off but you've had loads and you feel differently this time? It's very strange isn it. Iv stomach pangs but they are definitely hunger and tense stomach from being a bit upset . Iv been pregnant before however and my stomach didn't feel this off but also think anxiety doesn't help the stomach, you can't relax it so we can't win!

I do feel differently - only because during the previous ones, it was cramps and bleeding a few hours later max .. I had cramps for a few days but that was AFTER the bleeding. This is so strange.

Maybe our bodies are trying to make this preg work - matter of luck. :/

Yh maybe it's anxiety - anxiety usually triggers stomach issues doesn't it!
I know I defo won't be able to relax till I know one way or another.

Iv been reading about missed miscarriages it definitely seems to be this and the nurse told me that these types of things don't get diagnosed until 12 week scan I'm glad I'm aware now not that late. If the sac still empty on Tuesday I'm booking myself in for the surgery d&c that's just my personal choice better for me

I'm not sure what I'm going to do. The longer the process, the more impact it has emotionally. I'm not sure I would have surgery, I would prefer medication of some sort to start the process.

I'm glad we had scans early - imagine getting to 12 weeks to find out that there was nothing there :-0

Id definitely opt for surgery like you say physically and emotionally better. It's so tough whatever you do. Symptoms sore boobs and emotions all over place I just want it all sorted- I know imagine finding out at the 12 week scan😞😭😭
