Farting my way through my 50's

WTAF? I'd leave me if I was married to myself- I started farting early menopause and 4 years on, am still bloody farting like an old dog. Loud, unexpected and deeply embarrassing. Drink lots of fluids, eat well and exercise. HRT has made no difference. Anyone else had this - and PLEASE throw suggestions at me!

Female, fat, fertile, fourty. I fart after Gaviscon tablets, too. Anything I put in my mouth, maybe except water, 2 minutes on I am cracking them. I can hold them back. I am 50, but the farts have been there for a few years now. I have some gallbladder problem, no stones.
