Why do I wake up at 5am

Every morning?!?!!

I try to look on the bright side. It's a lovely peaceful time of day and I'm never late for work 😂 In winter it's a book and coffee by the fire, in summer the same but sitting outside. I'm out the other side of menopause hell and no periods is flipping great!

I like being a morning person!
I just get busy and go with it.

What does the LED count size refer to in the context of xmas lights???

Me too....4am onwards age 44. This morning was shocked to make it to 6am. Its really tough when you have a long commute and a long shift at work. Just waiting blood tests then speaking to GP about HRT.

Recently started waking up at around 3am. This has been happening for a good three months at least. It's starting to become more regular. 39yo.

You have my sympathies! I have an MOT at the doctor's coming up so will mention this then...
