January - I really want to go back to Cafe Continental in Durham! Any takers for coffee & cake?

Coffee & Cake at Cafe Continental from 19th April onwards.

Chinese meal if anyone fancies it also towards end of April/early May! (hopefully before BT leaves us!)

I'm suggesting chinese because I just replied to a thread asking what I would order and it got me fancying one haha.

I have no idea of any decent Chinese restaurants in Durham apart from Fat Buddha, so suggestions needed!!!

I went to fat buddha a couple of weeks ago, and it wasnt as nice as I had had there before, friend also said she wasnt blown away the last couple of times she had been there.
Dont know of any others though.

Went to Da Vincis italian in c-l-s last night and it was as lovely as always if anyone would prefer italian.
(Im easy - just serve me food that I havent had to make myself and Im happy).

The Chinese in Brandon used to be very good. THe Wok Inn I think it is called, anyone know if it is still nice?

I'm away 24th-28th of April so can we please not have cake then!

Definitely up for coffee and cake and maybe a chinese - not sure about Wok Inn, only ever driven past it but I love the red roof

Works for me I'd say if we did it on a Tuesday then ds would be in nursery so it would cut down on the complaining and ramaging but it is dd who nicks my cake and I can't dump her anywhere

In other news, anyone know if the sonographers at Durham hospital will tell you the sex of the baby? Got the 20 week scan tomorrow...!

Thanks for that - the leaflet we were sent seemed to imply they might not tell us in case they were wrong, but fingers crossed Bean will be facing the right way!

Hopefully it hasn't changed and you can They certainly offered for both of mine.

Woop I got the job! It's only temporary for a month, but it's an amazing opportunity, should open more doors for me!
